Dear All,

As you all know My 2nd Line updated on 28th October 2014 and After that no communication from SGVO yet..so I decided to claim GCMS note on 25th December 2014. I got my GCMS note today which is generated on 29th December 2014.

Some of the findings of My GCMS Notes are given below:

Under Assessment Tab there are below observations i found:

ELIGIBILITY: Passed
SECURITY: Not Started
HIRV:
CRIMINALITY: Not Started
Org Crime:
MEDICAL: Not Started
MISREPRESENTATION:
OTHER REQS:
FINAL:

Under Eligibility Assessment there is a field Due date and the date is 2015/08/11

Under Events there is 1 Event stated and there are below remarks:

Created Date: 2014/10/24
Event: INTERVIEW
Purpose: ELIGIBILITY
Start Date:
End Date:
Event Outcome: Not Started
Event Office: Singapore
Interview Language: English

Under Activity there are total 37 Activities stated and I found 3 of the activities have ramarks SUBMITTED-DELAYED (But on same date it was mentioned as NRT) for both Me,My spouse & Daughter

Criminality,Security & Medical - Not Started

Selection - Passed

Activity Type: Biographic - Status - Submit - Delayed - Updated Date - 2014/11/03 - This Remarks of Delay are mentioned in PA,SPOUSE & My Daughter.

But in the same day I found Status of Biographic Activity as NRT.

Under Notes Section there are Total 12 notes..Those notes basically comprises the correspondence with SGVO regarding my NBB addition, Payment deduction from CC, PA & Spouse NOC etc..Only 1 note with detail explanation where it was mentioned about ELIGIBILITY and they mentioned about Job duty matched with Lead Statement & main duties with NOC,Documents related to work experience on file - REVIEWED but not VERIFIED, ECAS Acceptance,IELTS Acceptance of PA & Spouse and overall point exceeded the passing marks.

I was kinda worried about my NBB addition to my application, but I found they added my NBB properly to my application.

There are no more significant activities or remarks in my file..Ashif Bro & Mcgyver Bro - Any input from your perception?

Mate, to be concise SGVO has certainly decided to call you for an interview. The eligibility assessment due date showing 11th AUG '15 is probably the due date for process completion according to CIC SLA (worried! Yes I am :'( ). And god forbid I seem to be on the same boat with you. Just sent my GCMS request on 27th JAN & got accepted on 29th. Sitting on my hands for Allah's mercy with fingers crossed.

Faisal

Hi Safir Bhai,

You need not to submit any resume kinda thing. The profile creation will be more likely what we do when we apply for a job in the company website. All you need to do is to accumulate all your info in hand and sit to create the profile :)

For more info, please check this: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-2015-preparation-join-here-t232257.0.html

NOC-0112 by Bangladeshi Applicant

As the GSS there are only 10 applicants, details like –

Profile App. Received Last Status
------- ---------------- -------------
C7 05-Jun-14 Visa Issued on 12-Jan-15
Afsun1105 16-Jun-14 AOR - 26-Nov-14
SJTZ 25-Jun-14 AOR - 01-Dec-14
rht 27-Aug-14 PER – 18-Dec-14
Shamrajjo 08-Oct-14 PER – 15-Jan-15

Barna Tazin 18-Aug-14 Cash – 21-Nov-14
Lasaev 21-Nov-14 Cash – 23-Jan-15

Ranak 22-Dec-14 No Info (Need to wait)
Afsun 16-Jun-14 No Info
paranoid2507 07-May-14 No Info

I assume from all above info indicating that all are female applicants. From my assessment if the applicant is single then file process will be faster than included spouse/dependent. For example C7 (guessing single and clean file). It may delay for spouse and dependent file/papers verification but I can’t find any other delay for processing on these female applicants except company (profile) should have proper HR practice.

So cheers everyone and wish all the best.

Thanks you all :) :) :)

Just analyzed 3 GCMS notes of my friends/colleagues (including me)-

All are stuck in 1st Line
All have received AOR more than 2 month ago ( I am the oldest, other two in october)
All files have been reviewed and opened at SGVO after 40/45 days of AOR.
All have been selected for site visit (written on event section on GCMS)
My site visit is done. Other two are pending.

My suggestion: Those who have received AOR atleast two months ago and no update since then from SGVO may consider for GCMS note to know about their Interview/Site visit requirement.

I agree with the suggestion. People should not request for GCMS notes too early. On the other hand, if a significant amount of time has elapsed since the day AOR was received, one should consider getting GCMS notes for good reasons that you mentioned.

Of course, there are some pretentious people roaming around and telling people that GCMS notes should be asked for since day one; the same day an application is submitted. LOL. I really love laughing at those people.

I agree with mcgyver and also appreciate from CI_DREAM brother suggestion.
But my question to all seniors that it is really helpful to raise GCMS notes.
Do you think CIC/SGVO will change their decision if they pointed out from application file information.

We should be more patience and you can see Ashif bhai's note on GCMS raising time.
I think GCMS note can relief your some tensions but on the other hand you should except their background verification. Either physical or call to employer or from other source.

Please don't loose your confident in the middle of way :) :) :)

One is from diff NOC.

Do u mean to ask whether officers become angry or whether it interferes with their work, if we request for GCMS notes? No! Pls make sure u select "electronic notes". Do not select "physical file" because then they will just scan all ur submitted forms, docs, etc and send u a cdrom copy of all those things.

As Ashif Bhai Explained about GCMS note I would like to add something..I actually ordered for my GCMS after seeing Ashif Bhai's GCMS Note findings..In My case I got 2nd Line on October 28 2014 and I applied for GCMS on December 25 2014 (Almost 2 months from 2nd Line)..Once I get GCMS Note I found the note contains update upto 29 December 2014.

I already shared about my GCMS Note findings in detail on 24th January..Those who missed the post they can see it from

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-singapore-visa-office-lets-connect-here-t232674.2355.html

It's not that Whoever applied for GCMS are getting physical verification....it Totally depends on Case Officers opinion which is mentioned in Note..My GCMS note had nothing mentioned about site visit but there is a EVENT where INTERVIEW was mentioned (Ashif Bhai confirmed that EVENT is a generic Event for everyone in GCMS), but my colleagues GCMS note had event where SITE VISIT Was mentioned..And fortunately or unfortunately CHC official visited my office on 25th January and verified both my and my colleagues application simultaneously

Dear V_I_R_U_S,

Is there any similarities between your and your Colleague's JD? The question is raised in my mind since both of your NOC code, Company name and Application received dates are also same.
