Dear,

I will send my PCC tommorrow. I guess i will have to put NOC & CATEGORY, FILE NO, UCI NO, PASSPORT NO on top of the envelop. Please advice, am i correct? What else should i put? Am i missing anything? For your kind information i have not received any request for my partial PCC. I am just sending it to prompt the process as a senior member of this forum suggested.

Thanks.

Hello, if you wish to send the PCC then it's up to you. But when you send any docs then you should write a cover letter addressing visa officer with including the file number & UCI number. Hope that will be enough as all info is given in there. Hope it might help you.

Thanks

SGVO is moving faster in AOR issue.

Already 10/09/2014 Applicant has got his AOR just only in 22 days.

Beside the previous time range between PER - AOR was 40 - 45 days which has now turned into 30 - 40 days. Its a good sign that SGVO is working very swiftly.

That's really good but when they will start processing! Many days already passed but no second line yet... :-(

I Received PER on 21st December & now waiting for AOR & next... my passport is valid till June & I already renew my passport to avoid 6 months barrier.
Should I inform Visa Office for this?
Please expert help.

I went to the bank today and asked how much USD they can endorse against each passport.
They told me $3k. So, I told them I won't be coming back within a year and it is for immigration purpose. They said it is the rule. Not more tham $3k.
Can anyone please help in this regard.

Today I have received an email from SPOREIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca with the following subject: 30-day Procedural Fairness on Work Exp

Dear Experts i will be grateful to you if you give me proper guidance on this :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Dear Mr ABCD

This refers to your application for a permanent resident visa to Canada.

I have assessed your application and there is insufficient evidence to show that you meet the minimal requirements as per subsection 75(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Subsection 75(2) states that a foreign national is a skilled worker if:
(a) within ten years preceding the date of their application for a permanent resident visa, they have at least one year of continuous full-time employment (30 hours/week) experience, or the equivalent in continuous part-time employment in one or more occupations, other than a restricted occupation, that are listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Levels A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
(b) during that period of employment they performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification; and
(c) during that period of employment they performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, including all of the essential duties.

I am not satisfied that you meet all three parts of these requirements. You have provided insufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have performed the action described in the lead statement, and a substantial number of the main duties, of the occupation as set out in NOC 1114 Other Financial Officers.
If you have any additional information to add to your application you should forward this to our office within thirty (30) days of the date of this letter.

Sincerely
