I have got shocked.. The 2nd line and also 3RD LINE has been added in my e-CAS !!

My e-CAS is right now:

1. we received application .... June 11,2014
2. we started processing .... January 19,2015
3. A decision has been made.....

I do not understand.. what happened .. i did not get any e-mail by this time.

Anyone has any idea ?

Dear bro,

Raise a CSE immediately. Notify them about your E-CAS status and ask them about your application status. Be strong bro. I hope for the best. Do share with us your news. Because previously also an applicant reported the same thing. But we don't know what happened to his application.

Just received a phone call from my agency saying my PER email has been received by them. Forgot to ask about the DD encased date.
Feeling HAPPY !!!! Hope for the BEST. Please pray for me !!!!

DD Encased : Forgot to ASK
PER : 21 January, 2015


I will update the spread sheet when I get the DD Encased date from them.

I dont think it is a good idea to carry normal passport and a GO of leave to satisfy immigration officers. As per rule of govt no govt official should carry general passport and leave country with general passport. The point i am emphasizing is immigration officers will make trouble with you when you show them GO with a normal passport. Rather you may ignore the GO and tell that you were never in govt service.

Thank you for your valuable information. Actually I am not a government officer rather I am an autonomous officer. In our institute our director General Can issue GO with Earned Leave for going abroad for personal visit( visiting religious places or for medical treatment). And I already took it from my authority. In my Go my authority granted me 4 months Earned Leave with GO mentioning to visit religious places of Saudi Arabia and Canada( Saudi Arabia has been mentioned because we can travel only two countries for visiting religious places one is India and 2nd one is Saudi Arabia) But in case of official visit like attending training programs, doing MS or PhD, Our Director General cannot issue GO rather in this case we have to take our GO from Foreign Ministry.

Now what can I do now? Please give your important opinion regarding this issue.

Dear Bhaiya,
1. Do you have the criteria to get a official passport as you are autonomous officer?
2. You must know that being a govt or autonomous officer the procedure is same. On the immigration port of bangladesh if you mention that you are a autonomous officer they will ask you to show GO along with your passport. So if you are going for PR purpose in canada dont tell that you are a autonomous officer. My dulabhai had a situation where he was asked to show his go and passport when he identified himself as autonomous officer. But as he got his all papers right there was no further issue.

Bro, SGVO is a mysterious place..What they are doing? Why they are getting slow? What about their working strategy and requesting procedure(2nd line update, MR, PPR)?

If there is no MR in between then you have to raise a CSE by using the link to inform about your new job

yes u should inform SGVO about your change of job (after joining). u can inform them through Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) or by e-mail
