Hello seniors, I have received PER on 17-Dec-2014, thanks to all of you. Now got a query on my travel. I have visited Afghanistan in mid of 2012 for 14 days to provide software user training to one of our clients. I have visited other countries before and after visiting Afghanistan though. Is there any possibility SGVO may raise any issue on my travel to Afghanistan. I have mentioned the purpose as "Providing software user training". I have heard that India will not give me visa as I have a visa of Afghanistan. That's why I am little worried. I would really appreciate your experiences and opinions.

I submitted my application on 27th August under 4011 and received PER in December 14 , AOR on January 19th.
nevertheless, as I omitted submitting academic docs along with ECA I have resubmitted a complete new application on October 6 with a covering letter to explain reasons for submission.
I have just checked my E-cas and it shows two IN PROCESS line. One for August application and another one for October application.
How they could process same applicant twice under same NOC !!!!!! Assholes they are.

What to do Huh Plz Advice.

nevertheless, as I omitted submitting academic docs along with ECA I have resubmitted a complete new application on October 6 with a covering letter to explain reasons for submission.

Yes this is really astonishing....

I will suggest u to write an email to CIC with the subject " URGENT" on the front....

State ur situation...

I strongly believe - u will get full refund....even they send u PER....

An if possible contact on SCB for refunding of DD....Its possible if it has not been charged yet....In that case ur second file will be automatically returned....

And dont be tensed...since this will not impact ur first application...

Bhaia I used CC for second submission and they charged CC on 12th December.
I used DD for initial submission.

Completely weird as I have explained the reasons quite well.

U could have block the CC in that case....

DOnt worry....

Again email them as state earlier.....

This will not be an issue....

As you have mentioned that you didn't submit academic docs along with ECA then your file was bound to be rejected. But you received PER. But this is not a guarantee as SGVO will further process it and they can reject your application. CIC had made so many errors that it came to news that i shared in SGVO forum. Main thing is that you understood your mistake and resubmitted. But in your case the highly unusual thing happened. That is your E-CAS status. What i feel is that you can write to SGVO also along-with CIC stating that it's urgent. Inform them about the incident and cover letter. They will fix this i hope.

As per Raisa Apu is correct. Still there is no clear picture about your file though your one application was not complete and defiantly SGVO will reject your incomplete file. SO please write to SGVO and wait their feedback.

How CIC will refund your money for mistake charged that I have no idea but SCB has no right to stop your DD as they already issued based on your amount. Until you will not return your DD back to SCB they can't refund your money that for sure.
