If i am in foreign country and sending passport to VO to get stamp, How could I
stay in there as i will be passport less for certain time. Should I contact to my home
country's embassy ? how much safe to remain without passport in foreign country?

Dear all
I am a provincial nominee about to send application to CIO.

Please favor me to give your suggestion on the following:

1. Copy means just photocopy or it need to be notarized?
2. Self –address mailing labels. Does it mean just print the address in Bangla & English and provide the same? What does mean “label”?
3. Can I get bank draft from any bank for processing fee?
4. Can I staple small things like photograph, bank draft
5. National ID is in both bangla & English. Does it need translation and notarized? In NID, my father’s name did not mentioned MD., which has been mentioned all of my documents. However, fathers name in NID is mentioned in Bangla.
6. I got may translated & notarized nikahnama form Kazi office last year. Now I also need true certificate copy. Certified true copy on a later date by another notary public does any harm?
7. My MRP passport only include permanent address. Does it cause problem to get PCC. Does ward counselor certificate containing present address serve the purpose? as DMP need a present address. How long it will take to include address in PP by passport office and what is the fee?
8. In Generic Form, what is the dependent type for spouse? Guide lines shows dependent type only for child.

Is there any forum or post by any one describe guide regarding filling us forms and guide to forward application to CIO?

1. Should he use his local address?
2. "If you are requesting information on behalf of another individual, you will be asked to attach proof of his or her signed consent at the end of this request" - How can I give the signed consent to him? Is there any form?

Dear Mates,

A few minutes ago I discovered a Stupid Mistake in Generic Form done by me. It's Passport No. I putted a SPACE there after BB, like - "BB 789789". This is because while filling the form I was looking at other pages of Passport and you will also notice a SPACE in Passport no in all the pages of your passport except the Main page where passport no is written without any space.

I am very much worried about my application now . Can seniors please put some light on this issue? Any ways to send any correction?

what's the instruction in the PPR said?? follow that, as well as IF it is mandatory to carry around the PP with u all the time, then I think the most logical thing to do is to make sure that u make a good copy of the passport and it should be attested by the BD embassy. well, that's the best thing I can think of. u can also try asking Singapore VO about what to do? like, can u drop it at the Canadian embassy in Dubai or something like that . .. . . ??
