your ielts points is,

Speaking - 5
Reading - 5
Listening - 4
Writing - 4

Total ielts point - 18
Age - 12
Education - 21
Experience - 9

Your Gross point is 60

brother I think u have to wait to earn more points to qualify. my suggestion is try in Express Entry System in January 2015. In existing system u will not qualify. even if u earn 24 points in ielts u won't qualify. so stay calm and wait for proper time. Good Luck

Bhaia, i have an uncle in canada for whom i will get 5 points......so 65.
Now if i show 2.5 years job experience instead of 1 year i get 67 i think.
i have 1.9 year job experience now but i can show little bit more than that.
Will that be okay bhaia ?

THE PROCESS OF MED-PCC-RPRF

Dear friends and future Canadians,

Good day! Hope your long waiting will come to an end sooner and the pp gets blessed with a Canadian VISA stamp :) . For those who have already done with MED and PCC request, can you brothers please explain the step by step process with time required in each step. This will help all the applicants who will get MR request shortly:

1. When MR & PCC request arrives: The applicant will face MED -first, complete RPRF -secondly and go to VFS -finally for delivering all the documents (i.e. Med, RPRF & Passport). The overall process can be completed in three days minimum, maximum 5 days - Right or Wrong?

2. Med: Can be done from 3 prescribed panel physicians. The test usually takes 30-45 mins at Dr. Wahab's. After completing the test,
a) Do they send the test result directly to SGVO?
b) How do we know they sent it? Do we need to collect any hardcopy of the results?
c) How long do they take for delivering the results (both to SGVO and to us)?

3. RPRF: Should be done in the form of FDD from SCB favoring Receiver General of Canada in Canadian dollars. Do they provide the DD on the same day?

3. For PCC request, is there any other method of sending the PCC other than VFS? When we send the passport through VFS,
a) Do we also send RPRF, and MED related receipts or doc's with the Passport?
b) How much VFS charge for the whole process?
c) How long
does it take to complete the process in VFS? Can it be done in one day?

Thanks in advance :D :D

Dear All

Submitted New Born Baby's doc after 60 days of birth. In CSE reply they said to submit within 60days from CSE reply letter. This part is OK.

Also MR , RPRF , PCC sent before baby's doc submission as MR approaching 30days timeline.

Am I in risk or not ? Comment Please. ???

You can apply for PCC advance if you are expecting your MR, PP request soon, its valid for 1 year as per SGVO..if you are bangladeshi.
1st you have to go to Medical, as you need medical slip for RPRF
any three will do but wahab is cheap, reliable and fastest, go in between 5-6 pm hardly any rush..they do everything like machine!
after you done your med they will take 1-2 days to send it to SGVO and SGVO will update in 4-5 working days..you have to trust and wait for ECAS update for medical..if any thing complex they will call you..

about PCC- as it takes time, so better apply early keep it in your hand...I did the same, I have PCC on june ,2014, and after asking SGVO they said its valid till june 2015, so i submitted that , got my CORP and VISA..

You can transfer the RFRP in CAD from SCB go to gulshan 2 branch ner pakistan embassy at 11 am best time, if you go early u have to wait, go later u have to be in queue, they start processing at 11 and they are fastest..
if you done medical in previous night, and have you PCC handy, you can do RPRF next day and take all doc, rprf, pcc and pp and submit it to VFS same day. u can do all this in a day if you have pcc. usually this time of year its less rush and will take 1-2 hour in VFS, but June- july may be entire day.
they will charge you 2600+ taka but it include return PP. they took 2-3 working days to deliver to SGVO and they took another 1-2 days to update tracker. SGVO received my application on 3 NOv, while I submitted to VFS on 29 Oct, they stamp visa on 3 dec, but update me on 12 dec..so now you can get an idea about time line,,,
RPRF will cost you 36000+ if you convert to CAD. hope you get all your answers

Thanks bro. It was of great help. Do SGVO asks for PCC again for the applicants who have already submitted Police clearance with the main application?

Thanks Bro . You relative ( first blood only ) in CA will get 5 points , did you get necessary papers to prove relationship I mean PP copy , Utility bill , birth certificate , etc. of your CA relative. If all ok don't delay to send .

Hope for the best

As per sgvo how long does it take to get AOR after getting PER?what r the nxt steps n usual time laps?
Thanks in advance Smiley

Theres no specific time line for SGVO process. However, depending on recent results that has been observed for some applicants on this forum we can assume that it usually takes 35-60 days for getting AOR. After getting AOR, you can expect to get MR, RPRF & Passport request from SGVO within 35-60 days. If there is any additional document requirements, then SGVO will ask for it by this time. When you are done with MR, RPRF & sent the passport with these last documents, you will need to wait for another 21-30 days for a decision to be made on your file.

Hello everyone,
Cong8s who got MR and all the best for others.
Got my PER (may be):
:: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
On 8 September 2014 ::

And I got AOR (may be) written like below
::This confirms that your application for permanent residence in Canada has been received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) on 2014/05/07.:: on Oct 23,2014. But online status still shows "We received your application......".

Still waiting for MR. This online status is ok or not? Means I have to wait or there is something wrong. Please suggest me.

To do list before migrating to Canada

Dear all,
This is Rakib from Ontario Canada. Its almost been a year since I arrived here ( 23-Nov-2013). I strongly recommend the following issues to be considered by you before migrating to Canada:

1.Driving license: It is a need, not a luxury. If you do not have driving experience in Bangladesh, do NOT put much effort on it in Bangladesh. Driving rules are different in Canada. So it is better to take lesson in Canada.

Follow the link below and go through the driving book. It will help you a lot.
http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/handbook/

Get the G1 license ASAP after coming to Canada.

2.Bring with you vitamin B complex, vitamin D and Zinc sufficient to cover for 2 years. Do not bring excess antibiotics. Due to less exposure to sunlight, serum vitamin D level gets lower commonly in Canada.

3. If you have plan for study, explore your options while in Bangladesh and apply ASAP either from Bangladesh or soon after arriving to Canada.

Migrating to a new country is always challenging. So set your mind accordingly. Be determined to face any odds.

Invest your time to increase your listening skill, with attention to canadian accent.

Wish you all the very best. Please keep me and my family in your prayer.
Take care.
Rakib.
London, Ontario, Canada

Dear All,

I received PER on 2014-12-16. CIC made a mistake recording my name in the system. My name reads Mohammed instead of Mohammad in ECAS . Will that be a major problem? Senors please suggest what I should do now .

Regards,

Mohammad
