my submitted birth certificate in CIC was old analog system certificate collected from Dhaka city corporation in 2008 in 16 digit number. recently I contacted city corporation and applied for digital version with 17 digit registration number. though both information are same but formats are slightly change. should I contacted to sgvo about this change? what is their verification method? I am in tension that if vo searches my birth certificate then they might not get from online though practically it exists.

No you don't need to do anything now. If SGVO wants they will let you know about it. And if you want to share anything with SGVO in future then below is the link to do it.........

Hello mate,

I have made a mistake of my WES form.

In date part, I gave the date 19-12-2014 but it should have 18-12-2014. And my university exam controller signature date was 18-12-2014. What should I do now. Should I contact with WES about it?

YES

Will SGVO remain close for a long time? When shall I get the next update, as it was processing quickly..........

Just need advice.

I am going to take 17 digit birth certificate from Dhaka city corporation which is enabled in online checking. I collected my birth certificate in 2008 which was 16 digit and that was submitted along my application to CIC. I received PER on 3 October but still got no AOR. I already have raised CSE and waiting for reply. I am anxious if SGVO did a search my BC and failed to verify over online what it might be then! Do they verify physically from authorised office ( here DCC) . Then no tension at all.Do I need to inform VO about this BC change?

As 31st December is the last date of receiving application?
Does it mean the application has to received by CIC office at Sydney,Nova Scotia or it has to received by SGVO by 31st December?

Thanks in advance :)

Thanks Borno for your answer. Wish you good luck as well. But I am doubt about my application document. I collect and submit the FSW with all the document within 2 days. Due to this I could not manage the previous job certificate and PCC. Roaming to this forum with lots of useful information, most of the seniors suggest to provide the data with the application. No finger cross, let you.. still we have the "Express Entry" ;D

Dear Experienced forum mates,
I submitted med in 22 Jul'14 and updated information+PCC+landing fee+ Fund statement in 08 Aug'14. By this time, I sent a request to correct my present address as provided updated form in the online status on 26 Sept'14.

I'm thinking to send a CSI for passport request since it is 5 months over after submission of Med. I'm seeking suggestion from you whether I should send it now or need to wait more. I'm little bit confused to inquire now.

Regards
Uttara11

Yes u should raise a case specific enquiry with local visa office (which u chose in ur generic application form IMM0008).

Since u changed address after submitting PCC, u may need to submit a new one for ur latest address. And it seems u may need to take medicals again

your ielts points is,

Speaking - 5
Reading - 5
Listening - 4
Writing - 4

Total ielts point - 18
Age - 12
Education - 21
Experience - 9

Your Gross point is 60

brother I think u have to wait to earn more points to qualify. my suggestion is try in Express Entry System in January 2015. In existing system u will not qualify. even if u earn 24 points in ielts u won't qualify. so stay calm and wait for proper time. Good Luck
