1) how can i send docs to SGVO for the addition of newborn child? Fedex/UPS/or Vfs global
2) when to contact Vfs global?
3) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008DEPENU.pdf (is this form is necessary for my only one child to be added in SGVO?)

Dear seniors, i am an applicant of Noc 2133 on 17th nov,14. Accordingly to cic, the cap is 519 and pending is 258. What does it means? Do i have any chances to get in within the cap?

Dear Seniors,

Recently I send my application to cic with NOC code 2172 which is received 15th december. however I send ready and send my application in very hurry and have the following confusion.

1. I added all the details document of my current job(promotion paper, salary certificate yearly,tax paper). But I failed to manage to give more documents of my past two jobs, only the experience certificate, ID card, yearly salary is given. Will it be an issue???!

2. My wife is a doctor but I didn't give any certificate about my wife education details only gave the IELTS main copy. Was it required??

3.is it possible to include my details in the spread sheet.

Past two jobs appointment letter could have been provided. Though It may not be a big issue for causing a problem.

Dear Experienced forum mates,
I submitted med in 22 Jul'14 and updated information+PCC+landing fee+ Fund statement in 08 Aug'14. By this time, I sent a request to correct my present address as provided updated form in the online status on 26 Sept'14.

I'm thinking to send a CSI for passport request since it is 5 months over after submission of Med. I'm seeking suggestion from you whether I should send it now or need to wait more. I'm little bit confused to inquire now.

It basically means 519 have received PER and 258 are gone trough completeness check. Current completeness check is done for early Oct applicants. So you still have chance to fall in the window of (1000-(519+258)=223) 223 applications.

Yesterday evening i have sent a CSE to SGVO regarding AOR. Below is the reply from SGVO..........

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

Your application was received in Singapore on 21 November 2014 and an Acknowledgement of Receipt letter was sent to you 18 December 2014. Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review.

Files in the Federal Skilled category are processed in order of receipt, based on the date on which the complete application and fee payment were received in our office. Once the file has been reviewed, we will contact the applicant directly to advise the result of the initial review and/or any next steps in the processing of the application, such as whether an interview will be required. If your address or contact information changes during processing, you must inform this office in writing.

Processing times to finalization may vary depending on the number of new applications received, annual quota and the individual complexity of each application.

For the processing times of permanent resident applications in Singapore, please refer to the CIC website at:

Please note that processing times are calculated from the date the application is received by the Singapore visa office.

At 8.30 AM BD time i received AOR. But this msg is for those who didn't receive AOR and doesn't know the status and in high tension. Pls simply raise a CSE. Just ask them like this "DEAR SIR PLEASE GIVE ME THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION". Just one line. Don't write anything extra

In this scenario, Do I need to fill [12] (a) Previous Countries of Residence of IMM 0008 (Generic Application form for Canada)?

I am really confused. if I add those information as a continuous, I might need to submit PCC, which will be a problem for me, as some of the countries doesn't have embassies in Bangladesh.

I'll definitely add all information in Travel information, but want to skip in IMM 0008 (Generic Application form for Canada). Please suggest, as I am going submit my package by 22-Dec for the NOC 2172.

Another thing is My 2nd child born in 1st Dec 2014. I am going to get her birth certificate tomorrow. In this case, I can't arrange her password with my application package, which I will submit by 22-Dec Insaallah. What should I write in the compensating letter. Please suggest!

Dear Hasan..

CIC is clear cut about their info. Ofcourse you have to provide all details regarding your residence in other countries.

PCC will only be required if you had lived in those countries for consecutive/continuous SIX months. As you did not stay consecutively for SIX months then you don't need to provide PCC.

Don't withheld or mispresent any information. CIC will fnd it. And in that case they will give 10 year ban.

So, be careful.

And please read the instruction guide and CIC website thoroughly.

About your new born child...As you can't have her passport right now then take a clean sheet paper and explain why you can't provide the passport now. That's it.

Since you didn't live continuous six month, I don't see any reason for PCC. But you have to mention all your travel in the travel from. Write every in and out from different country and that will give the big picture to the visa officer.
