Urgent urgent urgent

I'm a bit confused while filling background declaration form Question no. 9, 10 and 11.
I've to write ''NONE'' for the first column if I haven't been a member of any organization (Q.9), haven't held a Govt. position (Q.10) or haven't been in military service (Q.11). What about the rest of the boxes. Should I leave those blank. But as far as I understand from the application guide 700, we can't leave any blank spaces. what should I write? I know we can write ""NA'' with other questions and other forms.

Same confusion with the travel info form. If I don't have any dependent child should I fill all the boxes with "NA" or just the first column?
In the Travel info form it says "list all your trip you've taken outside your country of origin or resident". I live overseas and made few visit to BD and 1 visit to Malaysia. When filling the travel info form should I just list the malaysia tour or all of my trip I've made over the period?

I'm stuck with these 2 form. Sending application on Tuesday. Please please help.

Note: I've raised the 1st issue in another thread of the forum and one member answered but couldn't get clear answer from that

Dear,

I have given NONE in all the empty field. So put NONE in all the empty field.

Put N/A in all the blank field.

You have to give all travel info.

Dear Experts,

I am going to apply in NOC 2172 by this week. Need your help to get to know some areas:
Generic Application form for Canada [IMM 0008]
*[12] Previous countries of residence:
From Jul-2009 to Sep-2012, I have travelled different countries to WORK and my continuous stay was less than 6 months every time as below:
Nigeria -->Jul-2009 till Nov-2009 (4 Months), Jan-2010 till Mar-2010 (3 Months), May-2010 till Jun-2010 (2 months)
Egypt --> Jun-2010 till Jul-2010 (1 month), Aug-2010 till Nov-2010 (3 months), Dec-2010 till Feb-2011 (2 months)
Afghanistan --> May-2011 till Aug-2011 (4 Months), Sep-2011 till Nov-2011 (2 months), Dec-2011 till Feb-2012 (3 months), some more travels with a stay of 2-3 months
UAE --> 2 travels with 1 week stay

** my second child got birth on 1-Dec-2014 and can't manage her password due to time limitation, as I am going submit my paper by this week. What should I do as a measure of compensation for this

I am totally depending on you for my application process.

Regards// Murad

What is your question actually brother??? If your question is about Police Clearance Certificate for the countries you have traveled then the answer is NO. You don't need to give any PCC for those countries as you didn't stay in those countries consecutively or continuously for SIX months. But in your travel form you have to mention all your travel history.

About your newborn baby, If it is about Birth Certificate then by now you should have it. And if it is about passport then in a clean sheet paper write an explanation letter informing CIC about why you can't provide the passport for your new born child and do also inform them that if you receive Positive Determination Of Eligibility mail and when your application will be with Local VO you'll be ready to submit your new born child's passport when the Local VO will ask for it.

Dear forum members,

What is CORP? Mr. Akash it means that you already have received Visa, but why they are asking all these again?

Not me, but I am going to ask them for GCMS notes today for the second round since things are expected to have changed when SGVO started processing my application.

CORP means Confermation Of Permanent Residence. Yes, I already submitted these with my application but they are asking again. They know why ?

Mates,

Though no PPR yet, just saw that 4th line has been added to my ecas.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Sent the MR and RPRF 20day ago to SGVO. Any thing to worry ?

Thanks Raisa Apu,

My query was should I fill the information for "[12] Previous countries of residence" of Generic Application form for Canada [IMM 0008], where they have asked for the information, if the applicant had lived any countries other than country of citizenship during past five years. As I have travelled and stayed in some countries for Work, though I haven't stayed continuously six months in each stay.

Should I have to fill this section. Please suggest.

I don't think you need to worry. Some applicants reported that they saw Decision Made in E-CAS before PPR request. And later they were requested to submit PPR. Do one thing now. Send a CSE. Right now. See what is the answer? Just do as i say.
