Why SGVO stopped sending AOR....last 3/4 days no news of AOR

I'm also on same boat like you. Eagerly waiting for AOR!

As per their site the holiday is given like this:

Statutory Holidays - 2014

Our offices are closed on the following days:

But,sgvo has stooped aor ,Mr sending, even cic stooped updating.

Brother,

You can issue another marriage certificate and you can order it in English. You can issue English nikahnama also. Just you have to request the Kazi office & they will do it. But they may take charge for that. I submitted mine in English and i paid 1400/- for that. And yes you have to submit notarized photocopy

Thanks Nazrana Apa... I went to the Kazi Office yesterday, He is saying that English nikahnama is not available from the govt. I have the Bangla one and I have to use the notarized copy of the english translation of it.. Did you get the same ? And I am supposed to send the notarized photocopy of all the documents (marriage certificate, nikahnama in bengali, translation of nikahnama, and notary certificate of the translation - 4x), right?

Questions are: -

1. Is the letter mentioning my UCI number dated 11 SEP '14 PER?
2. Has my app reached SGVO?
3. Am I still at a stage where an interview may be required or have I passed that stage?
4. What may be a probable (just an approximation) date for my MR?
5. Can you please tell me which stage am I on now & what could be the steps remaining

My Kazi office is Uttara Kazi Office. When i asked them about English marriage certificate & Nikahnama then they immediately said YES. And i believe it's same everywhere. And i informed you that they took 1400/- for that. But as you made Notarized English translation then it's ok. But As per marriage certificate your Kazi office can provide a new one.

Hi dhakaattitude,

1. Yes it was PER.
2. Yes it has reached SGVO & they started processing(E-CAS 2nd line)
3. Yes you are still at this stage. But generally interview is waived.
4. When E-CAS shows 2nd line it means at anytime MR request will come. But it depends on visa officer, Background check status etc. It's random.And that's why you'll see applicants after you got PPR request.
5. You are in the MR request waiting stage. Next is RPRF & PPR request stage. Many applicants got all requests together.

Another question regarding the "imm0008_economic classes form"; I have to put their Assets, liabilities and settlement funds.. Is there any issue If I provide assets much higher (my actual assets include other fixed assets, right?) than settlement funds? And I guess the evidence required is only on the settlement funds...
