Dear all,

Please help me in a issue. I'm going to submit my application very soon under NOC 1113 (Stockbroker/Authorized Representative). I have already prepared all documents as per requirement i.e., IELTS result/ECA/Job experience certificate/translation & notary of my certificate from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (Stock trading license)/ Marriage Certificate/ Spouse's IELTS/ POF etc. But at this last moment I'm a bit confused about whether do I need any Canadian assessment for my certification from Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission for stock trading license certificate???

Regards & thanks in advance,

Congrats everyone who got the visa ;)

Today I want an expertise advice. My friends bachelor is unrecognized but post grad diploma is recognized. Can she claim points? If yes how much ?

Bump :'(

Yes, he can claim points against the recognised one.

We can't say the points unless you say the equivalence degree in Canada reported in the ECA report.

No you don't need it. Do as per CIC guideline. Don't send or do anything extra. For example many people submitted their fixed assests(Flat,House,Land) also as POF. Whereas CIC wants to see liquid money only. Like for 2 people you need to show CAD 14,720. So to be more safe you can show CAD 20,000. The point is keep documents less. So your future processing will be faster. And check everything again and send the application as quickly as possible as the deadline for FSWP-2014 is December 31st. And use FedEx or Ups. Don't go for DHL. Best of luck. :)

Hello,
How much points I'll get, the ECA report says my Bachelor & Masters degree as 4 years Bachelor Degree in Canadian equivalent?

Dear Members: I need an urgent suggestion. Today I went to SCB to get the CIC Bank Draft. But they are saying it can not be done before Monday. And my agent is saying SCB is the only option for Bank Draft for this purpose. I'm not liking this delay as I wanted to complete everything by today.
I need to know whether my agent is right or not? If not what other bank option we have?

Thanks in advance

Yes you can make draft on Sunday if you are the priority or VIP account holder of scb. Otherwise you've to wait till Monday... No other choice

It's mandatory to make a draft of SCB in the case of RPRF payment. For Initial payment it's not mandatory. You can go to Prime Bank, City bank, National bank, DBBL, Islami Bank Bd etc. Check with them.

Tia,

DHL goes upto Ontario service area after that they give it to third party courier to deliver it to CIC Nova Scotia. And it takes time and you will not know who received it unless you subscribe to their SMS service. You can subscribe to SMS notification from their website. It's free. But DHL takes time. FedEx, Ups is faster and they will directly deliver it to Nova Scotia.
