Yes, both can apply separately. For one case, you will be principal applicant (for application you applied), for other application, your spouse will be principal applicant.

Again, each applicant can apply in multiple nocs separately.

So theoretically, you can make 50 applications and your spouse can make 50 applications.

Hahahahaha........... thats something really new to me. We both had opening, but somehow we made it up in our mind that only one can apply :P

Thank u bhaiya.

I am guessing by 10th February, there will be lots of Visa being issued. The CIIP schedule suggests it. So let's be hopeful.

Bhai, InshAllah we will get it soon.. but there is no movement in SGVO and still lots of applicant didnt get MR..

Thats why it seems contradictory...revert me if I m wrong

As per SS,

Only one applicant got PPR
Four applicants got MR

Among all BD applicants.

I think SGVO is again moving slower and going to receive its previous title "Slowest Visa Office" :P :P

ofcourse in NDVO there is no PPR yet.

MR is just like the first step of PR... :)

True...The average processing time has gone up...its so frustrating... :-[ :-[ :-[

In guessing, I hope you considered that people get into the vacation mood as the Christmas and New Year's celebration days come close, which lasts well till the second week of January.

Did you? If not, please add that overhead time to February 10, 2015. :(

On the flip-side of the coin, it works on some individuals in the opposite way. Those individuals work more efficiently and attentively driven by the motivation that fun days are coming ahead. I hope there are lots of people like them at the SGVO. :)

Sometimes it hurts to hear -"2013 Backlogs"
........

SGVO has started to process very first single FSW13 files on just end of Sep 2014..... :(

Now -we are backlog ......

And that is the truth I know......

I really wish and pray , YOU- FSW14 will need not to feel such feelings......

We are hopeful ashif bhai. But if their intention to clear FSW14 and FSW13 in parallel within next year February(As per Century bhai) then their processing speed is very slow in compare to other VO..

May Allah helps us all :)

I can understand your pain bhaiyya. but as express entry is opening on jan..... FSWP-2014 might be in trouble :P

Don't worry about waiting....... Let's laugh & enjoy every moment of life because good thing comes when you least expect them. Here's a joke for you:

A policeman sends his wife and kid to a resort
for a vacation. After a week he joined them in
the hotel. As soon as he came to the hotel
room he wanted to make love to his wife and
gave her "the look". Whispering under her
breath, the wife says "No darling, we can't do
it here, our kid is watching!" Husband replies,
"You're right, lets go to the beach."
After a while they make their way to the
beach, they start to make love on an empty
beach. All of a sudden, a policeman walks up
to them. "Put your cloths on immediately,
shame on you, you can't do that in public!"
Embarrassed, the husband admits "You are
right, but I had a moment of weakness. We
hadn't seen each other for an entire week.
Now, I'm a policeman too, and it would be very
embarrassing if you fine me."
The cop thought for a second and said "Don't
worry... you are a colleague and it is your first
time. But this is the third time I caught this
***** making love on this beach in the last
week and she will have to pay."

130 days and still waiting..

Sent an email to CIC.. do they really take 30-45 days to response? If I find out my file is rejected after 45days from today, it will be too late to submit another application.. What should I do?

You are right bro.
But I read somewhere that if one application got accepted for processing and fell within the cap, the other application should be withdrawn. I'm not sure if this is really valid.

Dear Brothers / Sisters,

This is a very silly question to ask but still, my application receive date is 22nd October under NOC 2173 which is filled with 699 applications so far. Any chance for my application? and whats the chance to get it back to get my ielts certificate and bank draft ;D

Thanks.

Dear experts,

I got an email with uci number last month. I am going to travel India next month. Do I have to inform the visa office (singapore)about my Indian visa? If so then how can I contact them? Do I have to submit photocopy of my visa to them?

Thanks in advance.

When both get selected, VO request to withdraw one. They can't sent MR/PPR twice for same applicant. The applicant themselves can also request to withdraw one application.
