Brothers.. Can I fill-up all the forms in Title case or should i use only Capital Letters?

Dear Brothers,

Kindly be informed that in all my credentials including passport, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate my name is as Mohammad Sabbir Hossain but in my academic certificate and ECA it is written as Md. Sabbir Hossain. What should I do now? Should I submit my application with Effidefit that both are same person and all documents belong to me or is there other alternative without changing name in academic certificate as there is little time left to apply.

Waiting for your valuable opinion/suggestions.

Chotto bhai, aita kono issue i na. Just put Md. in the form in other names field. Don't worry at all.

What I can suggest u - Proceed what u have thought....Since apparently, this is the most viable and most probable accepted form of way to solve this naming issue...

Chances are very much high that ur affidavit will be accepted since ur Birth cert and PP contains the same name....

Hi members thanks for your support. Now I'm in a weird situation, I applied for 3112 yesterday and I rushed even I'll have my baby in a week. I don't know what to do in this case. Need sincere reply from an expert. It will take atleast a month to get baby's passport but will get birth certificate in few days. What can I do or prepare early to tackle this situation. Thanks in advance.

Its a very common issue....and very easy to handle or add ur baby with ur application.....

After getting PER from CIC and AOR from SG, send the below docs to SGVO directly....They will update ur child accordingly....I have also added my spouse just after my application...


Child or Children addition.

1. Updated Additional Family Information IMM5406” FOR U AND SPOUSE.
2. 150 CAD bank draft
3. With a cover letter mentioning your new born child addition.
4. Child Birth Certificate
5. Passport.
6. updated Bank cert+statement
7. PHOTO-6 COPIES (WITH FIVE COPIES WRITTEN WITH NAME+DOB+Photo taken date )
8. Generic Application form

Is there any 2014 applicant who got PPR?

No brother, i have not done anything. PCC has been ordered last week. Hopefully medical will be done in this week - earlier intended to do it with Wahab but Dr. Wahab is not here till 9th Nov, so have to go for other medical clinic. And I am pulling my hair on Net Worth statement.

So far 4-5 person got PPR.
