Only Name in Bengali need to be written on IMM5406E form..Other information will be in english.

IMM 5669E - Status Should be like Studying, Employed etc..U mentioned that u got PER..Then what did u write in that form while sending your application? And Why do u need to send this form now? Did u VO ask for it?

I also added my New Born Baby recently and I submitted only my new born baby's Passport, Birth Certificate and 150CAD

Dear brothers, need to clarify regarding something. Like IMM5406E (Additional Family Info) pdf what will be writing font?

IMM5406E needs 2 copy 1 copy in full English and another 1 only NAME in Bangla another things in English or Full form in Bangla?

Another thing:

IMM5669E (Background Declaration) in Personal history section "Status in Country" I did not write anything as I was in BD (If you were in outside your country of Nationality, indicate your status in that country). Do I need to write "Citizen" in that section or blank?

I got PER and adding my new born in my application. That's why I need to send some additional documents. But this document is not in that list. Should I resubmit this document writing "Citizen" with explanation letter why I include this pdf? or do not resubmit that pdf?

I actually sent a Case Specific Inquiry via the following link to SGVO mentioning about my New Born Baby..

I sent the Case specific Inquiry on 8th September and I got a Snail Mail from SGVO and they asked for 150CAD Demand Draft, Passport & birth certificate of my new born baby..i did not provide any additional forms because SGVO did not ask for it in the letter.

From Bangladesh its Impossible at this moment..U cant even send money via western union/moneygram/express money/RIA etc..U can only receive fund from foreign countries with the above mentioned platform...Certain Dual Currency Credit card can help u to pay online..Otherwise No luck

I also did the same thing then they told me to inform via signed letter, email or fax. But the application will change after receiving the signed docs, processing fee and other.

Could you please tell me IMM0008DEPENU file? It's my info only with the info of dependent info is child and type A dependent? Right or I'm missing something?

None of the FSW13 applicants whom requested for MR have rcvd bank related docs....

Blood Test for HIV
Urine Test
Chest Xray
General Check-up where they ask you if you have had any surgery. Just a regular check-up where the doctor checks your reflex and abdomen.

No they dont.

They took blood for HIV
Urin for pergo
Routin checkup like hight weight blood pressure
Xray of chest
A little chitchat with doctor take photos pay bill
U r good to go..

If any complexity arise they would call u later on..otherwise ecas will update u.
