Dear All,

I got my medical rprf and passport request on Oct 21 2014, but the medical form itself was missing in mail and without the form and ime No. i cannot do my medicals . I have sent CSE, Urgent reply to Sporeimmigration @ international.gc.ca & General enquery to Singapore visa office about the missing form but yet I didn't get any response & i am worried will i get it within the time (30 days)

If I count today 13 days passed (Including next Saturday & Sunday).

How long have to wait & what should I do now ? ?

Is it possible that u might have provided them any other email. Coz i had representative while applying and then later on cancelled and informed cic about it. But they this time emailed me the medical forms and sent the letter to the representatives email. My representative the next day forwarded that to me.

No...........I always used only one e-mail for immigration

You may communicate them. As they send you request, there must be medical docs attached. Don't waste time, pls

Obviously it is a matter to be worried, but please the seniors help him out.

What i can suggest u is do another cse and mention the date of the first cse u made, so that they understand u communicated the problem to them promptly.

Did you check whether you have any attached file with your email in which you received the MR ?

Thanks sujan_cs..I am kinda worried about my daughter's inclusion in my application. I sent my daughter's passport on 28th October to Singapore and the parcel received on 30th September 2014.

My ECAS updated on 28th October..So kinda worried whether SGVO updates my application properly..Pray for me

Dear brothers, need to clarify regarding something. Like IMM5406E (Additional Family Info) pdf what will be writing font?

IMM5406E needs 2 copy 1 copy in full English and another 1 only NAME in Bangla another things in English or Full form in Bangla?

Another thing:

IMM5669E (Background Declaration) in Personal history section "Status in Country" I did not write anything as I was in BD (If you were in outside your country of Nationality, indicate your status in that country). Do I need to write "Citizen" in that section or blank?

I got PER and adding my new born in my application. That's why I need to send some additional documents. But this document is not in that list. Should I resubmit this document writing "Citizen" with explanation letter why I include this pdf? or do not resubmit that pdf?

Suggestion is needed...
