Applications per eligible occupation:
As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

This is highly debatable issue. As the link says last applications before Express Entry launches and not the last program, it may indicate it will be stopped after 31st December. My suggestion, if anyone want to apply, as communication is not clear between the link and gazette (a gazette can be changed anytime with another gazette), he should aim it to be received by 31st Dec.

Ok FSWCIO bro....Many of us already seen this line.....

But this does not clearly indicate the deadline one that line...Some one can means the line differently like this is the last FSW point based opening....

Just for ur information:

Even though its seems not to be stated in the CIC instruction on their websites as the FSW2013 stream,Its contained in the gazette released on the 26th April,2014 as an introduction to the FSW2014 stream.
The gazette released prior to the start of this intake specifically mentioned April 30th,2015 as the deadline (Please check page 986 of the link below to the gazette).

Which Clearly indicates the date of dealdine....So until there is no modified gazette is published, then deadline will be APR 2015

In my PER I didn't see that they are transferring my file to VO. I mean they didn't mention anything in this regards. But they informed that, further correspondence and final eligibility will be confirmed by the VISA Office.

Till date not received AOR also. My PER date is 24.09.2014

Is it a problem?

Brother, I request you not to use DHL. Whatever you do, use FedEx. It is always good to put "FROM" and "TO" on any envelope. But, FedEx will eventually put it for you and place your envelope inside a larger envelope.

The format of PER is same for all - worldwide. In the PER, it is not mentioned that file has been transferred to VO.

It will take around 40 days after PER to get AOR.

You AOR is coming soon... ;D ;D ;D
