My question was WHEN (by which action from CIC) i will be sure that i am within the capacity?

There is nothing written in CIC website if they will return docs in case of cap fillup.

Anyone can help?

Brother,

Its simple!

When u will rcv ur PER- it will make sure that u are on the CAP!

When u will rcv ur package back on ur address- it will make sure that u were not on the CAP.....

For the package returning it may take 2-3 months ....

U can also be sure from the FSW14 spreadsheet on which - u can find out the date after which applicants from a specific NOC has stopped getting charged/PER....:)

Hi All

Is there any precised process to get the DD encashment information from SCB. I tried several times over phone but no one is able to share me the information in SCB.

My application reached 19th June.

Thanks .......

Dear Vaia,

If u have any known person on SCB then u can bring this info...Otherwise they will not take this burden to provide DD encashment date.....:)

So better to wait....Ur one should be processed within this week or on upcoming week....:)

Hello everyone.

I have sent my application and DHL tracking indicates it has been delivered. but how do i know they have "received" it? Will i be contacted via email/letter? when? how long does it take to recieve a sign (yes/no) from them?

And now as a lot of things have changed, I dont know whom to ask about these things. Like, do we need to go abroad for interview? once we receive visa, how much time i can take to go to Canada?

Getting this information from SCB is like getting a dead body from grave... >:( I also called their hotline and they replied my DD was encashed when it was issued.. :o ... even staff of SCB was unable to retrieve his own DD information...

You'll receive a POD email in the next day after delivery from DHL mentioned with receiving date, time and recipient name.. if you have requested them to provide POD to your email address...

You may asked to face interview or it may be waived.. depending on Case officer who will work with your docs at Local VO...

You have to land Canada within a year....

Hi Guys,

New to the forum here. I recently heard about FSWP. I am getting my docs ready and hopefully will be able to submit the complete application in late November. Going through an agency (Not CIC registered) but I am a bit worried if the NOC cap will get filled by the time my application gets to CIC let alone for it to start getting processed.

My NOC is 2133 (Electrical & Electronics Engineering).
I had checked the "Applications we have received" status page in CIC website, it shows 216/1000 as of now.

But then I read somewhere in the forum that it doesn't mean 216 accepted now but means 216 accepted from applications processed from May 1st - Mid June. Also I couldn't analyze the FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet as well, I am now thinking my application in November will be too delayed.

Can anyone share with me some realistic estimates on my NOC 2133 and its chances of getting filled based on some pattern or anything??
I know its a tough question but hey I would be pleased to get some perspective here. Thanks

Also,

Where in the website/directory can i find out from which time period (Mid June ex. 11-16) is PER processing at the moment?
Where can i know, the number of total applications globally received by CIC on each particular NOC updated this week/month or the latest?

Thanks. :)
