Hi Seniors,

I want to know that is it compulsory to specify the Company's profile in 2-3 lines on the experience letter ? If the employer is not ready to write it's company's introduction. So is it fine too ?

Secondly, A website of the company also must be specified on the letter head ? Since, the website is under construction ... As it is mentioned on the CIC website that a website must be included too.

Dear Seniors,
I am planning to send my application this week. After validation the generic form is showing bar-codes on one and half pages. The reaming half page contains consent, declaration and signature. Should I place the barcode pages before the document checklist or after it? If I place it in any of the above two places my generic form will have no signature. Will it be a problem?

Another question which might sound silly but I am confused. My current occupation is Lecturer in a university. In the different forms I am writing University Lecturer. Is it OK?

Nope its not mandatory to have the company's profile on the ref letter......Infact there is no such instruction......:)

For the website, since ur company's webpage is under construction...u may mention it or u can ignore this.....Since u dont have other choice, u have to ignore this.....But I have seen such cases earlier, for which CIC considered the absence of website....:)

I want to know following info's. Plz share ur comment:

1. When (approx.) SGVO asks for additional docs i.e. updated POF and others? I want to know the approx time such as 20~25 month after file received in SGVO. A very rough estimation will serve my purpose.

Actually, i gave bank solvency certificate with my application and then withdraw the money to invest in business. and i want to keep the money again in my savings account at least 6 month before the approximate date of Additional Document Request. So that i can show them 6 month's statement if they ask for updated POF.

2. How they usually verify employment? Or wat else verification they do?

Buddy,

There is no specific timeline for SGVO...No one can assure u that frm when they can start processing...But one thing I can tell u, when u observe that FSW14 file started by SGVO then u can put ur money back on the acc...:)

And dont worry much for this issue....Its was never been a ground for rejection....:)

And for the verification they can call ur boss or email him....Thats what is happened for the worst cases....:)

Reply of CIC to the inquiry of Matthew Iwama (Migration Lawyer) regarding Cap...

"Dear Matthew,

Although I cannot provide you with a 100% accurate total of the aggregate applications accepted by our office for the FSW Class intake, I can confirm with you that the total is less than 7,000 complete applications. I understand that there is some lag between what our website lists and what we have tabulated internally. I cannot provide specific numbers on the individual sub-caps or whether or not any of them have reached their individual sub-caps.

Sincerely,

Program Manager - CIO Sydney
