Please check the below:

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (20 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

Ur NOC code should be 2133 (Elec engr.)...I am quite sure u can catch the NOC safely....This is not that much HOT NOC...

Give a shot....Allah will pass u inshallah...

Again saying dont worry for the CAP now....prepare urself first.....For the Nov vap wont be issue....

Thanks a Lot for the help. BTW, I think as a Electrical and Electronic Engineer with 12+ years telecommunication background, i can also apply for 0131 Telecommunication carriers managers which falls under 0013- Senior managers – financial, communications and other business services. Right?

And 0013 is one of the less demanded NOC..

I completed my B Sc Engineering (EEE) from Islamic University of Technology, IUT and MBA (Evening) MIS, from Dhaka University. Few of my senior brothers completed assessment from IUT and one of them told me that he faced a problem about university not getting emails from WES and took a long time for him to resolve. So, he instructed me to go for ICAS as they don't require any email confirmation. At that time it took 1.5 years for him to get confirmation from WES and 3 months from ICAS. As a senior member, please provide your valuable suggestion.

I am from IUT as well and i did my ECA from WES .The whole process completed very fast and got the ECA result within 3 weeks.

Maybe that was issue with IUT authority at that moment .

but i suggest go for WES.

Yes this is the right time to contact with SCB, as they are now charging for 20th May Applicant. Or you may contact after this week.

Please advise me how to add experiences which are less than one year in new form of "IMM0008 -Schedule 3 Economic classes FSW"? There no box available to select/check less than 1 year.

I have multiple experiences (with different companies) which are less than One (one year). However all of my experiences are of same roles of NOC-2173 through job titles were different from different telecom companies.

Please advise me in this context.

Most likely not. 0013 is mainly for C-level executive and VPs and directors mainly from financial and core business sector. Here communication most likely means business communication and PR stuffs.
