Its confusing to me. My Ielts score is (R=6,W=7,L=7,S=7.5). Can anyone have a official link which shows some example to proof.
ssc or hsc results are not a factor for getting visa . factor is you should get 67 points to be eligible for your assessment. If you get 67 points you will be eligible for assessment.siva7023 said:Is it make a factor getting visa if SSC OR HSC result is not good enough?

Dear Experts,
Good Day to all. I am writing on behalf of my husband. I would appreciate your help if you could clarify my confusion regarding NOC. My husband is working for an advertising company for over 10 years now. Currently his designation is (DGM- Marketing & Communications). I was wondering under which NOC his occupation falls into? is it 0013 or 1123? I would appreciate your aid in this regard as well as if you could tell me as his spouse do I require my IELTS result, JD and academic papers to submit? Thank you in advance and have a lovely day. Cheers.
With regards,
Aneeka

Dear Apu,
As per my feelings ur husband is more close to :- "Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations (1123)"
Check the job duties from below for matching the job duties on his employment...
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=1123
If ur husband already scored 67 without ur IELTS than its not required to attend the IELTS for spouse....
U can check points from below:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
Spouse does not require to submit educational/employment documents ..
Check the Doc checklist:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf
All forms:

Good luck..

Thanks and best of luck everyone.![]()

In the academic record request form, it is mentioned that my major in BBA was International Business. But my original transcript does not mention it, as it was printed out wrong. If I send my documents to WES with this transcript, is there any possibility that my document will not be verified by WES? Has anyone had any issues related to mine already?
Need your suggestion.
rumel said:Dear All,
I did a wrong in my application,
I have added IEB membership in Background/Declaration form,
From date is wrong, which should be 2009 instead of 2008 as Associate Member
Is there any great impact?
Actually, I didnt get the proper information at that time.
N.B: both date are after my passing year.
Please suggest what to do.. ??? ???
ashif_eee said:Do not worry much about that...Minor one....
iamroth said:Mainly the membership section of the form does not matter. That is why most of the applicants leave those blank.
CIC put that section, because they want to know if you are (or were) a member of any organization that could be a potential threat to Canada's security. Normal educational or recreational membership will be looked over.
