Another, My first company already closed even there web site also expired but I mentioned while I was applying for Student Visa. So, What should I do for that experience? I should mention or not?

Please looking advise....

where to place the small envelop of photo and the bank draft ?

check list item is 19 and 20 but this two are small to place individually at the middle of the package.
please share your experience.

LOCK in Date remember? That means what ever form you sent was good. Don't panic. There will be a lot of time to panic, it is not now.

The forms will change always - they keep changing the forms every few months. So CIC does not care as long as the forms are not very very old.

It can be taken from HR or ur immediate line manager(or above)...

I guess u can add that...But if u want to more risk free then u may avoid it this time too...

After getting PER email from CIC, u will find an email on the nearby time (1-2 months) from Singapore....

Yes ...Now CIC maintain nearly all type of communications through emails...

AOR emails differ from Local VO to VO...

So Singapore has one format...other has another .....

Yes FDR is absolutely fine....In that case u can avoid the statement since u have maturity problem...And no worry for the POF maturity...

Show those bank certificate (with CAD conversion preferably) and statement by which u are completing ur POF...
