from the check list item no. 17 children information i found it is asking for :
proof of full custody of child under age 18 and proof that the child may be removed form the jurisdiction of govt.


what does it mean.
i have 2 child, what and how i need to submit in respect to bd.

This information is needed if you have adopted a child. Otherwise it is not needed.

Also if you are divorced from your ex-husband/wife and you would like to bring the child with you to Canada, then you would have to provide document that you have full custody of the child from your ex husband/wife.

the line is from my PPR mail: "Check that you have enough blank pages in your passports so we may affix your permanent
resident visas, if issued.
Passports for children (see separate note for Bangladesh):
If any of your children do not have their own passports but are included in the passport of you or
your spouse, a separate visa will be inserted for each child. A blank page is required for each visa
issued.
For Bangladesh ONLY:
You must ensure that every person included in your application possesses their own passport."

Should I have to put Software Engineer or Software Engineers and Designers in Occupation field of Background Declaration form?

I want to apply for fsw 2014 in the occupation category 'general practitioner or family physician' . I am a govt. employee working as a medical officer. Can I show my experience as a govt. employee ? Is there any restriction for govt. service holder? I have regular passport.

Should I have to put Software Engineer or Software Engineers and Designers in Occupation field of Background Declaration form?-------Ur current Job title is enough.

So far no problem.....My own brother was lecturer (BCS Cadre)...he has gone through FSW....

So u can also apply...in this case u will need the educational assessment from MCC.
