If I am not mistaken, you are missing these two forms:

Schedule A – Background/Declaration [IMM 5669]
Additional Family Information [IMM 5406]

Dear Bro,

1. FDR/Bank savings money anything will be great...Yes, if the maturity is over three -six month then its better to show statements...

2. when ur file transferred to Local Visa offce (in ur case: Singapore) they may randomly check with bank...:)

Is there any requirement by CIC that FDR or bank savings to be kept with bank for certain period, coz I did not find anything like that. The proof of fund page in CIC only tells about how much amount to show. A person applying now for fsw can put the money now with bank and apply, can't he? And are u sure about that CIC checks with banks.

Dear Seniors,

I need your kind suggestions regarding the following issues:

1) In the "Document Checklist" form, CIC wanted "Copies" of some documents. Shall all these copies be attested by a 1st Class Government official? Or Just photocopies will serve the purpose?

2) CIC wanted the original copy of IELTS result. Shall I collect a duplicate copy of this result from British Council before sending my application?

3) I'm applying as the principal applicant. Is it necessary to submit the Police clearance certificate of my spouse?

4) Shall I have to send photos of my brother/sisters in the prescribed format? Note that they are not accompanying me to CANADA.

Thanks in advance.
