In background declaration form there is a section of "08. Personal History". Since the start of my job carrier there was a gap of 15 days when I wan not in any service as I was busy with my thesis works.

Now should I have to show that I was unemployed for 15 days?

Does that mean any negative impression?

Of course you should mention that 15 days of unemployment
You should also explain the reason of unemployment.
15 days not a big deal. It will not give negative impression.

is it mandatory to give the reason of unemployment? because, in the instruction it is told to give status like studying, unemployed or employed etc.
so, is it necessary? if yes, then where shall it be given?

help me fill up background declaration form

1. for point 7 education section
I have completed 1 year masters, 4 year bachelors , Bangladesh standard SSC, HSC

So in the box elementary /Primary school = 5 years
Secondary /high School= 7 years
university /college= 5 years
Trade school/other post secondary school = Blank

is the above information correct according to Bangladesh education standard?

there's no way to check that, sorry. I asked SCB, but they said they have no way of knowing that.

For Bangladesh on Background declaration form

Primary school =5 years
secondary school = 7 years

university /college = 5 years (if have masters degree)

Is it correct?

Also how to fill ssc , hsc details on the FROM-TO table? starting date ,ending date is not mentioned on our certificate

it says--The report is presently scheduled for completion on 05/30/2014. by mail on 22-05-14.

when the evaluation is done u can see ur report on wes website.
