Go to room number 327 at Reg. building for ur email hard copy that has been sent by WES. Collect ur form and deposit 30$ at Shonali Bank rather than Janata bank. Then wait for them to reply. This is the last update till now.

Nope CIO will not accept it.It should be taken within last 6 months when submitted.You should write down name , DOB and the date photo taken on the back side of 5 photos out of six. So take recent photos of 35×45 mm.Thanks.

I already mentioned ...just go to the Notary Public ...they are authorized to do that with ur required papers....

and in the presence of which commissioner of oaths he will make this affidavit ?

In the "Generic Application Form" there is a question number 4 that says

"Immigration office requested for processing this application". What will be the answer for it?

Is it "Singapore Visa Office" or anything else?

As I understand from the guide, affidavit for translation needs to be in his presence.
