I am really frustrated about WES.

Still university didnt get any verification request from WES but they updated the status "Waiting for the verification from institution" from 2nd May

I have prepared all documents but Cant send it because of ECA report.

Anyone please suggest what to do

Same happened for me. But actually the problem was not with WES. in my case WES sent the verification request to the common email id of my uni instead of the exam controller office or registrar office.

So i will suggest you to contact all of the administration office of your university as well as exam controller office or registrar office. Any of them may get the verification request for the same purpose.

Visa application, tracking ID No.XYZ01212222 has been received by the Canada Visa Office, Singapore on 14/05/2014 and its under process.

they require 4 working days for package receiving. so, I'll get to know my Decision next week.

in my case it took only two days...when the status changed(for my mom), i rcvd just day after tomorrow..and since all are the working days now,it should get ready it by wednesday....

Dont worry u will be notified ny text SMS and email from VFS...

What is procedure of getting identity certification & passsport attestation from canadian high commission in Dhaka. Anyone done the job from there?
is it necessary to attested MBBS certificate?

i already called almost everyday to tje exam controller ofc. bt they told didnt get any mail or fax from university..problem is our public university..they r not enoigh responsible abt this...plz someone

I have received mail from WES today saying that they have submitted my documents to my Dhaka University for verification.

My question is

Should I go to registrar building for the papers?

or should I wait for few days? if so then how long?

Do they submit by postal mail or email?

I would be also glad if someone pls. tell me whom do I need to contact at DU.

When you contact, they will ask you to deposit a fee eqvt. to $30, in Janata Bank, TSC Branch, after which they will send reply to WES.

I've also applied for ECA yesterday. & Waiting for WES to contact DU. plz share your experience afterwards.

Go to room number 327 at Reg. building for ur email hard copy that has been sent by WES. Collect ur form and deposit 30$ at Shonali Bank rather than Janata bank. Then wait for them to reply. This is the last update till now.

How long did it take after sending passport?

I submitted my passports to vfs on 26th March
Reached SGVO on 31st March
Decision Made on 19th April
"Decision" dispatched from SGVO on 19th May

after this month u dont need to go CHC .
the MCC received notification that as of May 30, 2014, Canadian consular officials will no longer provide document certification services. so from now any in this list below can do------------
Authorized representatives at the Dean or at the Registrar offices of the candidate’s
faculty (school) of medicine
• Officials at any embassy or consulate (see IMPORTANT note above)
• Notary public
• Lawyers (member of an official bar association)
• First-class magistrates, judges/justices of the peace
