I was submitted RPRF/PCC/Photos/MR last .... 22,March 2014.

SVO send a letter 01/05/14 for requesting passport for visa via Dhaka VFS office with "Annexer A"

12/05/14 .... I was submitted my & wife's passport with "Annexer A" via Dhaka VFS office.

My e-case now in "In Process" and most important things is that, we did our medical 15th March but in e-case not receive yet..

Plz advice ..

Is there anyone who has 4 year of work experience but in different organization and position (suppose in 1 job you have 1 year, another 3 year).
Please guys reply..
Will you be claiming for 4+ year of experience here or you can just ask for score from one single noc???
I am very confused.. experts reply is desired very much..

Nope brother...No priority issue have observed for PCC so far...:)

Minimum residency obligations

You must meet the residency obligation to obtain a Permanent Resident Card.

If you have been a permanent resident for five (5) years or more:

you must have been physically present in Canada for a minimum of 730 days within the past five (5) years.

If you have been a permanent resident for less than five (5) years:

you must show that you will be able to meet the minimum of 730 days of physical presence in Canada within five (5) years of the date you became a permanent resident.

This is the residency obligation mentioned in Canadian govt website. So if I stay last two years of the 5-year period, there will be no problem with my residency. I landed in October 6, 2013 and came back after two years. Will re-enter before October 6, 2016 for a long stay until getting the passport. I hope it will not affect my residency status.

just received a phone call from Sonia Sharma, Client Services Assistant, CIIP regarding possible CIIP sessions and confirmed a sit on June 3rd's on-line session. Interestingly when I asked why there'll be no session in Dhaka, she said that "lack of clients". I am not sure how many they require, but I would suggest all future immigrants to register at CIIP, so if possible we could get a free session in Dhaka. The registration process is really simple. All Bangladeshi's regardless of MI-2/ MI-3 whoever got MR can attend the session.

so are we upto it??

In this forum i am seeing some people are asking questions about ECA process from WES.
I am sharing my steps of obtaining a ECA cert

ECA PROCESS:

1. go to WES website and select fswp as programme, please note FSWP

2.create a account there.
3. Fill up your detail, (In education page: if you have bachelor degree then provide only that. SSC/HSC not required). Candidate with Masters degree need to provide both (ie- bachelor/masters)- if you want to show your master degree and claim points.
4. Delivery option - select international courier . Standard mail will take 1 month to deliver in BD.
5. make the payment
6. get the reference number
7. download the form

8. fill up the section A and B
9. at section B get signature and seal from authorise person (registrar, VC)of your university.
10. make clear photocopy of your CErtificate and transcript/marksheet. get attestation (sign with date & seal) from the same guy of your university.
11. make photocopy for yourself (optional)
12. put all the paper (wes form, certificate/transcript) in a A4 envelop.
13. seal it with glue.
14. secure it by signature and seal (from same guy- registrar/VC- on the flap and every glued line)
15. send it to WES by courier.
16. hopefully you will get your desired ECA by 14/15 days.

I am really frustrated about WES.

Still university didnt get any verification request from WES but they updated the status "Waiting for the verification from institution" from 2nd May

I have prepared all documents but Cant send it because of ECA report.

Anyone please suggest what to do

Expert plz help!!some question regarding Application form fill up and submission ::)

1. I am avoiding NID as it is in Bengali requires translation and hassle but not valuing a lot. is it OK?
2. In form there is a option to mention NID details. Does any body know what is the expiry date of BD NID?
3. I want to notarize all photocopies. Is there any instruction while signing and stamping by notary? Do I need to use Red colored stamp on papers in notary?
4. In generic form, it is asked where do I intend to live in Canada? is there any city preferences? I heard rumor as toronto montreal are saturated so these selection may ruined the application.
5. There is an option mentioning current occupation. What will it be? as NOC 0911 code or senior executive/ manufacturing managers? Again what will be the intended occupation? what should I write?
6. In schedule A form, preliminary education 5 years, high school 7 yrs, uni/coll- 4+1=5 yrs, Am I right?
7. :-[ In education details it is asked to give date. If I choose 01 January in every year and hence for bachelor masters as per session the actual class and exam will be different as per BD session jam. So my masters will be in 2007 actually it is 2010. My bachelor 2006 actual in sept.2007 and result in 2008, I got job in 2008. So in back ground details in personal history what will I say? is it unemployed from 2007(after masters theoretically ) to Jul 2008?
8. in Asset showing what can be included in addition to FDR? will share/stocks, Land, monthly installment for plot allotment can be included and shown? will it give advantage or need to submit more docs to support this claim . so better to avoid?
9. in fee Payment 550 Canadian dollar is needed. Does it include VAt/ TAx/ HST or it is exempt?
10. I am single so some forms need not to fill. Should I give a letter of explanation as instructed if any documents/ form is not filled, give written explanation.
