I have no idea. I just called today to the university they just told me that they will email and hard copy as well. They will reply as early as possible if they got any document form WES. But they didnt get any document or email from WES.

I am upset about their service.

does your application contains the previous passport no.? if yes, it's better to attach that with your new one and send to VO for stamping.

is there any option to include the previous passport no on the application ??? please help me

Hi all,

1. My date of birth July 01, 1983. I filled up the online form to register in WES website with my personal information and unintentionally entered my date of birth as June 01, 1981 instead of my actual date of birth July 01, 1983.

2. In WES website date of birth was not editable and that is why I could not corrected my date of birth.

3. In all of my educational documents, my date of birth is July 01, 1983.

4. My ECA has been completed and i have received the report too. But unfortunately, in my ECA report, WES has mentioned my date of birth as June 01, 1981 instead of my actual date of birth July 01, 1983.

I have sent my application to CIC with this ECA report to reach the CAP. I have also attached an affidavit with my application for this mistake.

Is there any chance of arising any issue for this regarding the application process?

1. what documents i need there to submit passport to VFS Canada Application Centre-Dhaka
4th Floor, Delta Life Tower, Plot 37, Road 90, Gulshan North, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh.

2. am i need any fees for submit passport for me and my spouse ??

3. for passport submission time my wife need to present that time or me can do on behalf of her ??

Principle applicant must be present during passport submission. just go with your passports & PPR.
per passport they'll charge 1958 BDT + 70 BDT for sms notification.

In my case in the past ten years I travelled a lot and already finished one entire passport.

So my question is should i include information of previous passports also?

Yes, you can do that. You can show more than one account of your own as well as your spouse's account. All together the amount has to be the minimum required by the CIC. However, you should take all the the bank statements on the same day.

they are not going to ask for the passports. if they do, then u'll have to show. but do not left any gap in those 10 years. and another thing, u'll have to show the living history (6 months & above) not travel history. they have another form for travel history.

Does WES require only the photocopies of Transcript & Certificates?
WES doesn't mention clearly about the Originals. Rather they mention globally - " Please do not send original documents. Original documents that are not requested by WES will not be returned and will be discarded."

I have already requested duplicate copies of those papers from my university. But they will require 2 weeks.

In this regard, can I send photocopies to WES? Please Advise.

make photocopies of your trascripts & certificates, attest it from the controller of exam of your organization, put it in a sealed envelop & envelop should also be signed from the controller of exam, and send it to wes. that will be ok.
