Please advise me, I did my medical with my spouse yesterday, from Mr. Wahab , baridhara they have
e-medical.
My question is that, am i send any doc or report to Singapore office or my only duty to did the medical
Please help me, if any person who did the medicle recently plase give his number i need to talk

If SGVO requested u to do Medical test, then yes u dont have to do nothing more. Dr wahab center wiil do the rest, they will upload ur medical test reports to their online server with ur corresponding UCI/app no.

Today my application status is changed " Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 20, 2014. I hope it good sign for me. Please pray for me. Thanks to all of my forum members give mental support to me.

3. visa fee CAD 499
4. Bank Documents with net worth statement.
5. Updated form

they give me 60 days for submit this doc to SVO.

what was the category?? is it 499 or 490 CAD??
apply for PCC immediately, it'll take 7 working days (there's 5 in a week!!)
take the medical receipt with u while doing the bank draft
fill up PNWS form and additional info form.

send them all to SGVO. whatever u do, make sure u get those things in SGVO's hand by 60 days. this is vital.

i already did the following things by today.

1. Medical report ................... done
2. police clearance ................ already in my hand
3. visa fee CAD 499 ................done

5. Updated form ......will be complete by today night.

brother i dont know what u mean by "fill up PNWS form" ???

brother need some advice to fulfill Generic Application form for Canada (Generic IMM 0008)

i was little bit confused about this form ..what i do first ... ?? fulfill the form then validate button ?? what is the procedure to fulfill the form.? in this form i don't have all question need .. am i blank this which i dont need or put N/A in the blank space which i dont need. ??? need ur advice.

hello khtoyon bhai, yes complete the form first, then click 'Validate' button. Then you will see a barcode page has been created - Take a print out of all the pages.

Put N/A or NONE. Don't write 'Blank'. Case officer may think you have forgotten to fill that space.

my visa officer request me to submit 1.passport, 2.CAD490,3.police clearance certificate, 4. updated schedule A/ background declaration and 5. medical only and must within 60days. but no request of bank statement or generic form. my visa officer never told me to fill-up generic form still now. however i have submitted all 5 documents by march 19. my e-cas says medicals have been received. what are your opinions about my case?

Its not mandatory that SGVO will ask Generic form or others thing to each applicant. u are absolutely okay with the requested docs...

need one more suggestion:

when i applied my surname and given names was wrong actually i put it wrongly, but they took it as correct form because whenever they issued me a letter or emailed me they wrote my surname and given names correctly. however on 26th february2014 they requested me to submit my passport, medical ,bank draft CAD 490 and police clrnce certificate, updated Schedule A /background declaration and i have submitted it by 19th March 2014. but last time when i updated Schedule A /background declaration i wrote my surname and given names correctly as shown in my passport ( almost inverse than before i,e my surname became given name and given name became surname). will there be any problem? need your expert opinion
