Here is your answers:
1. You only have to assess your B.Sc. Eng. Certificates.
2. Payment for what? If it is about WES then you have to pay by Credit Card. You can take help from anyone who have International Credit Card.
3. If you are in Bangladesh then you have to select Singapore Visa Office.

BTW, What is your NOC?

Dear Bro/Sis,

Many thanks for your reply.

My NOC is 0131. (Engineering Manager)

Thanks//

As per the information from CIC, the NOC code for "Engineering managers" is 0211. The quota for this year is already filled. :(

Hello Sumi, great news, you got your PPR. In couple more months, all anxieties and speculations will be over. Most likely you will be in Canada in the summer time which is a very good thing.

Life is full of uncertainties but yet happiness. Give it a try and fight in Canada to see what Canada has to offer you. Get a good mentor and friend in Canada. A good mentor can make your life easier than ever.

I know it’s not an easy fun ride but am sure inshallah you will be just fine in Canada.

Previously I asked the same questions :) :) :) :) and the answers were:

1. Buy dollar from Curb Market and go straight without any hesitation. If the immigration or customs ask anything explain your position. Take a print out of the CIC requirement. Usually BD immigration or customs do not ask this question for passengers for Canada.

2. yes, actually its exactly like that. Buy dollars and walk confidently through immigration and customs. Immigration officers never asks about money, they are not entitled to. The problem is at the security check at the boarding gate of the planes. They scan your bags and search for dollars, and for north american and European passengers they usually are reluctant. They will ask how much money you are carrying, tell them the truth and they will let u go. For me when they found my CAD in the pouch, simply asked how many are we travelling, I said 04 and he let me go without asking anything. My further assumption is families with kids, usually dont face hustle. No, You dont need to carry any documents for proof of funds.

Anyways I strongly feel everyone should carry CAD, as they are cheap at Dhaka 74-73.5 Taka/CAD. on the other hand USD is 78 taka.
You deposit directly to your account. You can also deposit USD directly to the account.

Cheers.Take care.
