how did u get reply? I sent several mails after decision made appeared on my Ecas on 16th July no reply and no evidence of passport release...any ideas?

I am sending this query again. I got decision made in my cic profile.

I already authorized FedEx to collect our passports on my behalf. I have a question to people who have received their PR visa from singapore. Is there any time restriction to go to CIC or applicant/representatives can go to CIC Singapore at any time of a week for passport submission and passport return.

I want my friend to collect our passports as I am seeing KFH vi is waiting more than 2 weeks after decision made. Please suggest me on this issue.

Could you please explain the procedure of sending passport abroad?
What is the return procedure by Fedex with visa?

Simple process:


1. have one fed ex account opened and send your passports through regular shipment.
2. Create a return shipment by logging into Singapore fedex website with your Fedex account.
3. Include a return envelope with address label printed after creating return shipment.
4. In cover letter authorize Fedex for passports carrying.

Thats What I am wondering no response from SVO sent CSI as well no reply!

Go to customer support from singapore.fedex.com. Livechat with singapore fedex customer support agent. I asked them and they said the same.

Well then how did our mentor ShamimBD managed? I am just wondering..........fact is how can we change the method of passport collection now?

That's the point.
From Bangladesh its very easy to send passport to Australia or any where in the world by fedex.
But what is the collection process?
