I received the Maple leaf VISA & Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) for CANADA with my wife and two kids yesterday. Please pray to Allah for us.

VERY GOOD NEWS
WHEN DID YOU SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT TO VFS.CAN YOU PLS ADVISE HOW LONG SVO TAKE TO RETURN YOUR PASSPORT.

For my case it was '19th May-submission to VFS' and '9th June-received from VFS' total 3 weeks. They will time to time update you the status through email, also you will be able to track it from their website....

Minimum 26 days, maximum unknown (but web says it might be even 45 days). For my case it's almost 29 days after submission but still no news, . My colleague got within 26 days of submission. So very difficult to say. But almost all our forum friends got return in less than a month..........cheers and maley Bari. ;D

I also collected my passports from VFS on 9th July. And planning to move by February, 2014.

Why are you planning to move so late? What is your visa validity?

Any one know about Traveling Insurance. I got information that we can make insurance from home country in order to cover initial 1st three months health care. The health care facilities would provide Ontario province after three months later. Can I take three months health care insurance from Bangladesh thr.Travel Insurance?

Bhai, If u have kids, consider insurance. If u don't, then it's of no use. Better take medication for 1st few months and call bd to get the prescription for the associated symptoms. And u can buy off the shelve medication anytime, Cheers and maley Bari...... ;D
