My luck always walk opposite to me!
I received an email from CIC which states me to explain why my address in Montreal, QC. They said to me to go for CSQ if I intend to stay in QC or to provide explanation on my current intention to stay.
I have a conference with my professor on the 27th of June, 2013 but I dont know whether I can go with my prof. SVGO could inform me before. Now they gave me 30 day time for the explanation.

Write a letter point by point, take time and consult with advisors, insallah it will be Okey.

I submitted my PP on the 15th May and it reached on the 20th May.
