Yesterday was a bad day for me, (had a fight with, well you know,with my better half) and may be it got expressed in my post. Sorry for that. We all should agree
its better late than never.

Praises to almighty Allah, we applied last time and looking at the posted latest NOC feeling bit lucky for the narrow escape.

Just now I found my ecas has changed to In Process. There is a new line inside...... Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 18, 2013.......

I sent a CSE on 17 march but still no reply..

Better to do it in-person. Apni apnar transcript sealed and signed envelop e niben; marksheets arr certificate er verified photocopy niben. Arr jei form e apnar WES ID thakbe(downloadable form from WES website), sheita eki sath e signature korae nit-r hob-e, jini apnar transcript sign korben, tini oy form o sign korben. Taar por sealed envelop ebong verified photocopy, signed form on behalf of university WES e post korben, sender er naam university er appropriate section jeita (like controller of examination/registrar office, etc) hoe, sheita diben.

Eer agg-e apneke WES a account/registration korte hob e canadian dollar die.

I have passed 9 months since my medical. Last week they mailed me that my husband's medical test is still outstanding. What does outstanding mean I'm not clear. I knocked to wahab's medical center. They informed me that they sent our report to Makati and Makati CIC received our report and also ensure that our report was good. I'm totally helpless. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

ICAS procedure is more easier. Generally they don't ask to send the doc from Uni. you can do it in person or you can courier to ICAS by DHL or others. http://www.icascanada.ca/home.aspx

I got mine after almost 4.5 months. I would suggest you to give reminder to SVGO at least once a month via email/general en query.
