dear forum mates I have a good news to share to all. I have receved my immigrant visa with copr today. a long 3 years waiting period gets end with all of your blessing. I'm glade to every senior forum members who helped me a lot to reached my destinasion. please pray for us for rest of my journey gets smooth and safe. could u help me. i am going to apply in May2013 and presently collecting all necessary documents.
now for my Marriage certificate where should i go to make an English version of this Certificate ?

in order to get cheap air ticket for first time migrated people one should contact his/her country's IOM Office.

Go to your Kazi Office. Ask him for your nikah Nama and also for marriege certificate. He can provide you Bangla and as well as in English version.

Hello All,
I am applying for a travel document for Permanent Residents living abroad from Bangladesh through the Visa office in Singapore. I am making an H&C claim as I did not meet my residency obligation. Any idea how long it will take before receiving a decision? Any tips on what, if anything, I could do to make the process as fast as possible? Could I go to Singapore myself to send my application? I URGENTLY need to be in Canada (or at least know their decision about my claim) within three months.

We these forum mates probably haven't explored issues for Permanent Residents living abroad from Bangladesh as we are on applying stage, or have got the visa recently, planning to settle soon kind of, I guess. Your issue might be best explored in CIC web site, please explore that. And regarding the fast or faster processing issue I think, if there would have been any options, we would have been the most happy (who have been waiting long 3 years, someone even 5 years), as there is hardly any I believe. Again We hardly have any forum mate/ mates, who is already a resident and came across your kind of issue to address, I suppose.

Still if anyone can help regarding this, just follow the posts. Wishing best.

I had done this first time. But my consultant had rejected and advised to get both Nikahnama and Marriage Certificate from Kazi Office. May be in your case it is different. But we should always try to remain in safeside.

Yes I agree, why taking a chance? Better do it properly, if situation permits.
