And the significance of these lists ....

Just make a list in your computer and print and then sign. Example: 1. Clothes 2. Books 3. Laptop 4. Cosmetics etc....
Will there be any luggage that will come later? For most of us, i think there will be no goods to follow, if yes, just follow the same process

Today, I got " Decision Made " status in my Ecas. We have submitted our passport (me and my wife) on 20th Feb 2013 to VFS. Furthermore, I don't know, how long it'll take to receive in Dhaka. Pray for us.

Only God will help us.

I see, people get Decision Made in Ecase status before having the PP in hand from VFS. For my case, my PP has been released from Sing Visa office today - i got an email confirmation on that, but my eacse still shows In Process. Is it OK? Please let me know.
