read the instruction which came along with the passport, as far as i remember, it is possible, look at the passports for the visa expiry date, your family must enter before this date

Yah kind of suggested by the senior members like Qorax. You can settle down first then you family can move.

But I heard whether your family member accompanying with you or not you need to show full POF (Proof of Fund applicable for the family as a whole) while landing. But keep the dates of your family members in mind, in their Passport last date of entry mentioned.

Dear Azaman,

First, Don't need to go to consultant. Try yourself by the following links. For Quebec, you have to attend TEFaq / TCFQ exam ( Like IELTS in English). It is a French competency exam. Furthermore, you can contact with Alliance Francaise regarding French Lesson as well as French exams. There are two Alliance Francaise in Bangladesh, one in Dhaka and another in Chittagong. Only they take this exam. check the following links concerning Quebec immigration:
