First, Don't need to go to consultant. Try yourself by the following links. For Quebec, you have to attend TEFaq / TCFQ exam ( Like IELTS in English). It is a French competency exam. Furthermore, you can contact with Alliance Francaise regarding French Lesson as well as French exams. There are two Alliance Francaise in Bangladesh, one in Dhaka and another in Chittagong. Only they take this exam. check the following links concerning Quebec immigration:

Our finding was going for Cartoon boxes, as for family of 04 has allowance of 08 suitcases, and the apartments are way too tight to accommodate suitcases.
All my friends, who left earlier, took cartoon boxes (At least 04 + 04 suitcases), taped, tagged and wrapped properly.
My brother in law bought a suitcase made of light weight fabric (32") and has wheels, with 1,500 Taka from New Market.
It weighed only 2 KG and you get more allowance to your own staff. It accommodated almost 24 KG staff.
These are Non brand Chinese probably. Never go for hard case as they definitely will brake apart due to rough handling.
There are Aristocrat, Marks, President, VIP and you can buy a 32" one with 3,500 to 4,000 Taka. Explore new market, PG area (IPGMR Bhaban Shahbag) and
Baitul Mokarram Market ground floor.
