Without the PR card you cannot enter Canada probably in that category anymore. You probably cannot
even go to USA and come back.

I already know a few who came back just after landing without waiting for PR card. Their relatives or family collected the PR card and sent it to them. They went back after a year or so.

Thanks Boss. Question here is that there may be a system. sometime ago I saw in this forum. If anybody comes out before he receives the PR card and if he wants to go in Canada immediately, I think there should be something in the EMbassy or somewhere else.
Please jhelp if anybody has that info

You need to apply for a VISA (travel document) to enter Canada without your PR card. Read the link below:

But, the best is your friend/relative collects your PR card & sends it to you by someone traveling from Canada to Bangladesh.

I strongly agreed with you & brother CIC also strongly discourages this kind of attempt, just think if the card is lost somehow, what would happened?
after all this struggle, wait, patience one should not take the risk and wait till receive the PR Card in hand then move anywhere. Rest depends on individual decision...

Be patient and As others said try to keep touch with post man. In fact I have around same timeline as yours. our medical reached mania on 10th of December. The difference is My child's medical reached on 27 th of February 2013, And E cas is reflecting'medical received'.

Yes, the test is not IELTS, it would be French language test where some one to score 6, 12 or 16 Points under the criterion they are applying, better check. The rest documentation are all the same.
