Nothing is stupid here. Yes, it is normal. It's the latest version for Background declaration.

My PPR issued 2.5 months after medical done and I received it after 3.5 month.

I have passed three months since medical, so I can expect it in next few weeks!

Dear Forum Members,
Can anybody suggest on the following issue:
If I enter in Canada for landing first time and I come out after two weeks. I know that PR card will take 2/3 months to get it.
So if I need to go before I receive PR card, how can I manage it without considering to go from US by land. Since I don't have US visa and it is troublesome to get and also it takes time. I will be leaving from Singapore.

Please help if anybody has information or any link.

Dear all,
I just check with SCB and they informed me my Right to Permanent residence fee bank draft is still outstanding ??? it already cross 35 days as i send my RPRF on 27 January 2013 . Is it a normal case ? Please advise me what i will do .

amar mone pore, SCB amake amon kothay bolsilo, but visa hate pabar por deklum fee ta onek agei SGVO kete nislo..so don't count on SCB's info

If you come out, you need to wait till you have your PR card sent by someone by post or other means.
Without the PR card you cannot enter Canada probably in that category anymore. You probably cannot
even go to USA and come back.

I already know a few who came back just after landing without waiting for PR card. Their relatives or family collected the PR card and sent it to them. They went back after a year or so.

If any one lost his passport along with visa before 1st time landing in Canada(In a road traffic accident and violence) ,but COPR is not lost,visa validity was more than 9 month,what can the applicant do regain the visa,do visa office again issue the visa or visa is rejected for ever
