1. Appendix 'A' form jeta diyeche shei copy tai ki patabo fill up kore? ekhane given name, family name, passport info, etc likhte hobe.
2. tk koto kore lagbe per person?
3. 1 ta receipt diyeche 980CAD er eta ki korte hobe?
4. VFS e ki ki niye jete hobe? any advice/comment from you?
5.How would you like to return passport, ei question e ki VFS e tick dibo?

I am also not sure about it, but I think preserve kora uchit for future need that we have paid the residence fee!!!

4. VFS e ki ki niye jete hobe? any advice/comment from you?
Appendix A chara r kichu na chaile only passports, taka and app. A nie jaben. R onno kichu jodi SGVO theke chay, sheta nite hobe.

5.How would you like to return passport, ei question e ki VFS e tick dibo?

Congratz! You can also submit it in person. I guess you are of 4 family members. You have to pay BDT 4150/- X 4 PP = BDT16600/- to VFS. You can think about the option going singapore to collect visas hand to hand, if it is worthwhile to you. Else submit to VFS and wait at least a month to get it, if you are not in a hurry.
