Hi Zahid Bhai,

No I have Only One daughter and I have received the amount for Jan and Feb month. You shall get 100 less if your kids are over 6 years of age. My daughter is still under 6. INDIANAJONES is right about the amount. One more thing I have got my PR card yesterday (in a month and 20 days) and applied for Health card today subsequently. Unfortunately the HC no will be activated only after March 30...just 3 months from landing. But fortunately I have got Bramalea Community Services for free for my wife's delivery. I had taken my wife to hospital but docs returned her home as she is not ready for delivery yet.

Sorry was away from internet for 2 weeks...and now I'm connected for 24 hrs with unlimited usage of internet and phone with only CAD 45/month. Life seems cool here. Going out with my wife and daughter in the snow everyday
Did fish BBQ at home today with my FnF...last week went to toronto...it's a heck of snow there and here as well...but still life is safe here...please pray for my wife so that and I can share the good news with everyone.

I am a bit anxious about my PPR. I sent RPRF and other documents on 17th January 2013 and my e-cas updated as " medical result have been received" on 3rd February 2013. When can i expect PPR? by the end of this month or it mar delay? please reply.

Dear August bound Travel planners,

My planned departure date is on 11th August. As per IOM's quotation, I am supposed to make payment on or before July 28, 2013 i.e two weeks prior to departure date !

Those of us planning to move in the month of August or later, could you please share your plan for buying the tickets. Now or is it better to buy early July / end June? Btw, I have not yet talked to Mr Jahangir / Mr Barua yet about it !


Terms & Conditions of IOM
* Ticket purchase request should be made at least two weeks prior to departure
* Ticket will be issued within 1/2 day/s, after the payment is made to IOM's respective bank account
* IOM reserves the right to cancel the travel/movement anytime if found any fraudulency or falsification or misleading of information
