Dear INDIANAJONES,
you're right that I'm now at my 27 week pregnant, and my due date is in early May 2013. I plan to fly in March 8th and have already booked filght as well as prepared for everything. AT that time I will be 31 week 2 day. I ve checked with Korean airline and they allow 32-week-pregnant woman to board. That's why i submit my PP in person to collect it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your concern.

I strongly Agree with hs602,

Remember for first 03 months, as for child birth case, it might be couple of thousand dollars an issue without coverage.
Have to be careful and look for authentic information before you land. I think CIIP guys can give you a clearer view.

The other thing, are you availing korean airlines? Different airlines have different rules I believe.

+ 1 for hs602 for being keen and modest, mate. ;)

Sorry for jumping on this.

Please keep in mind that if you land in Ontario, waiting period is 3-month to get health coverage. However, if POE is Alberta/Montreal including some other places, your health coverage starts after your landing.

I am sure you are aware of this.

Wish you all the best.

Are you administrator of this group??? why are you giving a list of do's and dont's in red & bold letters ? Here people are all highly skilled & learned, we do discuss all the points you mentioned here, don't we? We also discuss some off topics not directly relevant to our purpose but share for information. Try to tolerate different opinions and respect others thoughts.

I made a post on MMH_bd's writing. Then iamroth and Arif.Ahmed made some posts which are self explanatory. I posted the link just for their information which was discussed previously in canadavisa.com by many people. If the link were really irrelevant, then Mr David Cohen should have removed it a lot earlier.

Peace please !

It was not for you...I didn't quote it to hurt you, the post made with an intention to seek attention that we are here to discuss about Canada nothing Else.

If we start discussing different issues then a new member will failed to extract necessary information from this Forum.

Thanks again

Actually one can have G2 with the original BD Liscence, (even one can drive 1st two months doing nothing, just with the insurance). These are sent to BD high-commission to get it certified to be authentic. At that point some of the insurance company takes account of our no claim bonus, some doesn't. There are 100' of insurance companies and brokers. We wish to take the chance, if it clicks. I did the same for UK and got huge rebate on insuring my Accord and there one can drive legally upto 12 months with BD licence.

Again If we don't have any valid BD licence, we can not avail driving even for these free 1st two months without Ontario license .

With G2 after availing a written exam one can get G1, then gradually G which is a full licence and with this you can drive in motorways.
(Check Ontario driving licence portal, everything is there.)

(Bhai, amar bou gari chalaitey parey but tuktak, Money hoi dhaka tey jeeboney o pass kortey parto na. Still ami or BD licence banaisi from Ikuria, and they are reluctant with mohila.)

I think it helps.

Thanks for your ideas.

I have the driving licence 3+ years old then I need to collect the no claim certificate from insurance company if it helps.

Bamepo,
Best wishes for your Canada journey and having a new baby with BORN IN CANADA! After landing there you should try to find community hospital/clinic so you will get medical facility at very cheap rate. Just to give you an idea it will cost you CAD 400-500 for all including period check up. Don`t delay- otherwise you have to pay a lot if you go to a general hospital. Also try to find trusts who help in different ways for example you may find helping center for new immigrants or Vietnamese welfare association or Goodwill, Salvation Army etc. What you have to do is to go there then explain clearly that you need low cost medical facilities during your child birth. You will be happy with the assistance you will get from there. Say you went to Goodwill for help. If Goodwill is unable to help you then ask from where you can get help, persons there will happily start searching and contacting for you, some time they will arrange transportation even. Nice right?
Thanks to Mr. RajHaque for some information.

Better not to discuss further about this. Amader to dui noukai pa deoar stage na. All we need, to encourage ourselves to which we are upto. Ekhane to amra australia/UK.... er applicant na. There must have been other forums. So discuss there about these, but here we are determined to reach our goal, which is to get Canada visa and land there safely.

I also strongly agree with pr1979 for the best of us. Please anyone do not be hurt with my opinion.

Thanks Shumon Vi for sharing the minutes of our get together.

Anybody got mail from vfs for passport arrival. Do they send email when passport ready for collection?

Dear forum members,

I want to share my discussion with my friend in Kitchener, Ontario to whom I have asked for winter clothing yesterday.

Recommends:
1. Maximum 10 to 12 set of winter clothes means coarse clothes per person, because these are huge costly there.
2. Woolen socks, boot socks or winter socks which is not good there.
3. Gloves for winter.
4. Boot, shoes.
5. Head Scarf Hijab.
6. Nakshi kantha for summer, light weight quilt or blanket for winter.
7. Aluminium crockeries (i.e. Delhi Aluminiium).
8. Hat.

I will discuss with her next with more of issues after getting PPR.

Shumon Vi, may be you have forgot to mention two agendas of our get together about light weight baggaging system to avoide suitcase as much as possible which will be problematic to store in house there. Also we have to buy a vehicle in most cheap rate to survive there from the starting, I don't know if there is any school bus which will bring our kids from our house, then we will buy vehicle later.

Please give your expert opinion in all of the aboves.

Thanks with best regards,

Mainul

Dear Bamepo,

Greetings !!!

I must say, you will be the first to be the mother of a Canadian Citizen by May 2013. Your Child will have higher status than yours in terms of Canadian Citizenship by birth. Awesome!!!

BTW, I am having plan to be the proud father of a Canadian Child the earliest. ;) But you make me fail in the race. :D

Best Regards,

INDIANAJONES.
