If vfs did not emailed u,u can use track no ,go to their website and USe track no ;ike--DHAK 191111 0014(check ur tracking no which will blike this)

Hi pr1979 brother, here is VFS tracking details. May be I will be able to pick up passports on Sunday next !

Your Passport Status
Passport released by the High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:160017, Tel: on 06/02/2013 and is in Transit.It might take 2/3 days in transit to reach Application Centre.

Thx. I know that brother. It is still "under processing" in VFS tracking. No status change yet. Thats why i wanted to know, whether any change will appear in the vfs status, after releasing of Passport from SVO. I got DM in my ecas on 2nd Feb.

Just wondering if we could meet At sangsad Bhaban as previously proposed by some of our friends during these busy days instead DUS or university area, will that be alright?

We can sit 20-30 people over there without getting lost. We can have chotpoti and coffee there as well.

If given the privilege, the treat is on me. (Just waiting someone to second me.)

(I wish to bring my two crazy kids with me.)

Regarding Get-Together on Coming Friday (08/02/13):
Do you think about the “Boi Mela” and Friday Gathering of TSC?

Some Advantage of that area (TSC):
Sound good: we are going to TSC
Rod Dekha R Kola becha ekasthe (Get Togather + Boimela Jawa eksathe)!!

Some Limitation of that area:
Heavy traffic on Friday around TSC/Shahbagh/Nilkhet
Due to Month of February, a lot of Cultural organization doing their program around TSC
Huge Noise hampers our discussion
Any Political anarchy held around Shahbagh

So, think again about the venue….
We can consider the alternate venue in front of “Sangsad Bhaban” or any better place
(NB: Don’t get me wrong, though I’m a student of Dhaka University & I like TSC more)

Did you talk to Mr. Jahangir? He never said me anything like 'no need to remind'. Rather he always felt sorry for not receiving all my calls as he was busy. Anyway, you can go to IOM office in person and talk to him. When I went there to collect my tickets I did not had any prior appointment but he gave me about 45 minutes and we discussed many things including personal information.
Another thing, whenever I talked to him during our initial introductory periods I always used to give UROY's name as reference. And Jahangir bhai always recognized him. After UROY's departure he even told me one day, "Dr. Uttam has left on ......." So I don't see any problem mentioning anyone's name while contacting with him but choice is yours. It should not matter as they are committed to giving you this service whether you have heard from any person or from website. I think your problem will be ended soon, have a little more patience.
