I suggest you to send a CSI asking about your passport request . See in my case they sent my PR within 26 days but I never received . Then again they sent it after I made CSI but that also I didn't receive . By sending frequent CSIs I came to know what happened .. anyways some people might think sending CSI is not necessary but now a days missing MR or PPR is a common fashion cos VOs are in Huge pressure .

A small tip for sending CSI : Send your CSI on Sunday Night . I always received their reply from the CSI I made on Sunday night .

By the grace of almighty ALLAH today we got the permanent residence visa for CANADA, my two year waiting at last got the result, waiting made it more sweet, ALHAMDULILLAH .
Most of you don't know my 1st application was returned due to incompleteness(January2011),luckily by this time I found this forum, and more luckily I found Dr.Hasib on this forum, this time he prepared my file ,otherwise I might be still RBVO as I was doing few mistakes again, which was corrected by Dr.HASIB. I am truly grateful to this forum form where I got not only Maple leaf but also a true friend Dr.Hasib,still now who is guiding me even from Canada. ALHAMDULILLAH. Thanx all forum mates who helped me throughout the process and also the founder of the forum who allowed us to help each other .
ohh my wife wants to add her name here as I got 5 points from her hahahah,Thanx to my spouse OLIVE.

I was in usa for sometime (4+ years), so I need to order a FBI Clearance certificate.

As per the instruction I have to get finger prints on a paper (downloaded from FBI website), then mail it to them in USA.
They are saying it will take 3-5 months

many suggest about doing a diploma or short course, just to get absorbed in the job market. but if you are brave enough, you can look higher.

Its not only " absorbed in the job market" its question about survive...In Canada need CAD 2000 per month for 3 person family. So after ensure to earn CAD 2000 per month by doing some short course you may start ur long term education. Actually I want some real life advice. For Short course & Long Course. Thanks

There are many fields to study. Few of my Dhaka University classmates, all migrated under NOC 0111 and landed Canada more than a year ago or two, studied / studying in different fields e.g CGA, Supply Chain Management, Master of Finance and one is doing PhD on Finance!

I am thinking supply chain management / international trade / Merchandising (Diploma course). My friends say getting job is a matter of luck, connection and reference. Most recruitments are done based on reference and connection in Canada. Your Canadian degree gives you more chances for getting job but it is not the main determinant factor.

I mentioned before ``YES``. Make it sure that they will contact previous employer(s) outside Canada. But good thing is before contacting they will ask the candidate to whom contact.

If you remember I said earlier that while leaving your job here, keep good terms and mentain contact with them. Let them remember you so they will answer. Do not give names of persons you know will not answer or will add negative about you.

For references from Canada, when you will move there. Try to make good relations with people there. Last year one of my old friends required reference from some one has federal job. I requested another person so he recommended and 1st person got the job. Last December he joined, invited me to have sweet during my next visit to Canada
