Need advice about following mail from SGVO.

Dear Sir ,
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

You have not complied with our previous request for supporting documentation. Our first request was made on November 01, 2012. Failure to provide the requested items within 30 days of the date of this email will result in the refusal of your application:

- Undergo Medical examinations

-Original Good Conduct Certificate(s) (or Certificate of No Criminal Record)

-4 recent passport sized photos (instructions sent to you)

-Updated Schedule A Background / Declaration forms (imm5669) . -Original Passport.

They sent you Medical & Passport request together on 1st Nov, 2012 either by postal mail or e-mail or through your consultant. May be you were given 60 days time to submit all these documents to Visa Office from the date of issue but you failed todo so. The submission time already expired on 1st January. According to their mail you did not submit any of the documents till now. Check whether you submitted all the docs, medical report & PP to them or not.

If u did not receive the request letter from them till now, then you should inform them the same immidiately. Also request them to send again.
They also instructed you to submit all these docs within 30 days from this mail date. Be quick or the result will be refusal.

Something is missing here & that is RPRF (Pemanent residence fee)

Make a CSI asking them where they sent your medical instruction and inform them that you never received any till to date also request them to send it again by e-mail or postal mail.

Dear Paddma,

Sorry to hear about ur situation. I think that they sent you Medical request with PPRF. You missed the medical page with photos of each applicant. Try to find out those pages. Then, Contact with VO.

Sorry for your situation. keep cool & make a CSI with explanation for getting the Original request letter. hope you get it smooth pace.

Dear Padma reply their email stating that you never received any such request from them and ask to send you the Medical request letter as soon as possbile . Make a CSI too .

I suggest you to send a CSI asking about your passport request . See in my case they sent my PR within 26 days but I never received . Then again they sent it after I made CSI but that also I didn't receive . By sending frequent CSIs I came to know what happened .. anyways some people might think sending CSI is not necessary but now a days missing MR or PPR is a common fashion cos VOs are in Huge pressure .

A small tip for sending CSI : Send your CSI on Sunday Night . I always received their reply from the CSI I made on Sunday night .

You can talk with Mr Jahangir, who is really a nice person and will answer all your questions/queries. Price may differ day to day due to $ exchange rate as well as airlines promotional offer. They are taking the money with proper documentation so no way to be cheated.

Ofcourse, IOM is a UN organization! So 100% u can depend on them.

By the grace of almighty ALLAH today we got the permanent residence visa for CANADA, my two year waiting at last got the result, waiting made it more sweet, ALHAMDULILLAH .
Most of you don’t know my 1st application was returned due to incompleteness(January2011),luckily by this time I found this forum, and more luckily I found Dr.Hasib on this forum, this time he prepared my file ,otherwise I might be still RBVO as I was doing few mistakes again, which was corrected by Dr.HASIB. I am truly grateful to this forum form where I got not only Maple leaf but also a true friend Dr.Hasib,still now who is guiding me even from Canada. ALHAMDULILLAH. Thanx all forum mates who helped me throughout the process and also the founder of the forum who allowed us to help each other .
ohh my wife wants to add her name here as I got 5 points from her hahahah,Thanx to my spouse OLIVE.
