INSHA ALLAH, next working day you will get the below message from VFS Tracking

"Passport released by the High Commission of Canada, Singapore, , Pin:XXXXXX, Tel: on XX/01/2013 and is in Transit. It might take 2/3 days in transit to reach Application Centre."

Your file may be positive. To keep your mind in peace, you may request for another CAIPS note. You will be able to know if there is anything missing in your file. One of my colleague who applied in early 2007 recently requested for a CAIPS note, not yet received.

I got my PPR 25-day after I had sent medical docs. One of my friend got PPR 35-day after he had sent medical proof. It varies applicant to applicant. Don't worry. We wish it may come very soon.
