To get a job in the North America, references are many places important. Local references as well as from abroad. Already many people are there and doing well so after going there to find a real sincere and kind person. I said sincere and kind means that person who is helpful to give good words. I heard reference person gave negative words and try to push for another person closed to him. Dr. Hasib, Ahsan bhai or Tahmid bhai certainly are good example of sincere and kind persons. However, my request please all do not use their names only as references. In the resume to mention only to provide names of two persons. Always keep them informed in applied for a position and what to say if inquired. As I remember two persons used my name in Canada, when I got inquiry about them, I asked them what to write and same I wrote in my words. Happy to see those are in very good positions. One is in Federal job another in Petro Canada, this year one from those two recommended for an old friend of mine to honor my request, on 1st December he joined to Dupont, Canada.
Best of luck to all.

Thanks...& 1+ for you... :D

Dear all,

I couldn't understand one thing what is the VO's strategy to process a file.
I'm saying this coz what I understand from so many people's time line
that VO do not maintain any queue.

I've seen those who applied in between August 11 and November 11,
some of them done their MR and sent their passport to VO. But at the sametime
some people from the same period or those applied before are waiting to get
call for their MR. This situation is same for the SVO and LVO.

Regards

After making 10 posts u will be able to reply mails. You can also upadate your profile info underneath your name going to Profile -accounts settings - Forum profile Info.

BTW, getting job is a matter of luck. You may get a suitable job just after landing or may stuck in survival jobs for years. But generally, one needs to earn a Canadian degree as well as some Canadian working experience for getting a good job. Good luck will follow you if you strive to reach your goal .
