You dont need to go with passport; just bring only MR forms & 2 copies pp size photos for each member for medical.

Dear Ruparupa,

We collected it within 3days. We told them that we need pcc urgently.

They gave us the full documents with a forwarding letter told to submit the respective thana. We submitted our documents to our thana after completing the work there then we had to submit the documents to DC office .

Finally we submit the documents to DMP. The next day we collected our PCC

In New IMM 5669E, Personal History section, There is a cell name " Status in Country ". I want to fill up this cell by " Citizen ". Because, I have never been studied / worked outside of my country.

My logic is ok or not ?

I also got our new MRP today. I did this for our kids back in 2010. But the thing is, I didn't know, those who got their MRP in 2010 or at initial stage of MRP, don't have address printed in it.

So I took my kids MRP also, they asked me to fill up additional info. form and submit it with the passport. No fees required. They will return it tomorrow printed. Room no. 304 handle this kind of problem.
