Amar new born baby k include korar somoy , i sent updated doc. along with other things. But I didn't get PP request along with MR. So, my assumption is it depends on the visa office who is handling your file and always case to case basis.
For example, most of us got PNW Statement but Classical beat sister didnot get such thing.

A candidate, whom I met in intertview waiting room, he hiden himself for a period. For doubting, he was called two times in INTERVIEW with 1.8yrs interval.

Earlier, I have told you that I got MR. Furthermore, I have done my and my wife's medical a few days ago.

Now, we are preparing other papers. Just to inform you that when we have started to fill up the IMM 5669 E form, there is an update for my wife. She has completed her M. Phil Study. I think that I have to mentioned in Education (7) and Personal History ( 8 ) Section in her form.

Another thing, Is it better to send a forwarding letter mentioning update education as well as attested photocopy of her M. Phil Certificate ?

dear friend, you should always notify them about the updates. Now that your wife's M.Phil is completed, you should update that to get full 5 points for wife's education. it's also better to send notarized copies of her certificates.

Dear Robindesbois,

As you have passed the eligibilty and got the MR everything is fine for you. But You should inform VO regarding the degree earned by your wife for updating the file. Note that you have already earned the points and this new addition will not earn you any point but they will include this information to their record which may benefit you later at Canada. Include the infomation on IMM5669 and send them the notarised copy of the cert.
